אתמול, יחידת הגדעונים 33 של להב 433, יחד עם השב"כ ובהנחיית חטיבת שומרון, ביצעו מבצע למעצר פעיל פת"ח במחנה הפליטים בלאטה.

על פי מידע מודיעיני שהתקבל, החשוד, סוחר נשק, תכנן לבצע פיגוע טרור נגד כוחות הביטחון ואזרחים בעתיד הקרוב. הוא מטרה רגישה, לאחר שבעבר התחמק מניסיונות לכידה.

לאחר שהתקבל מידע שהחשוד חזר לביתו, הכוחות התכוננו למבצע ממוקד, פרצו לבניין, אבטחו אותו במהירות ועצרו אותו.
