צרפת: 30 חודשי מאסר ל"מבקש מקלט" אפגני שאנס 5 עיזים וטלה

כלי תקשורת בצרפת מדווחים כי מבקש מקלט אפגני בן 19 המתגורר באירופה נידון למאסר לאחר שהורשע באונס של חמש עיזים וטלה בן שישה חודשים (הטלה מת בעקבות האונס) בחוות מקלט לבעלי חיים וחווה חינוכית בצרפת.

הנאשם, המזוהה רק בשם מסעוד ס', טען בבית המשפט כי הוא "אדם נורמלי".

הוא אף אמר לפסיכולוג שמונה על ידי בית המשפט כי אנס את העיזים ואת הטלה כדי למנוע אונס של אישה, משום שלדבריו "עז לא יכולה לזהות אותו לאחר מכן" (כמה מתחשב מצדו-א"ע).

הוא הורשע ונידון ל-30 חודשי מאסר, וכן נאסר עליו לשהות בשטח צרפת, בעקבות מעשיו בחוות המקלט והחווה החינוכית "Le Refuge d'un Moment" בלֶה פן-מיראבו, סמוך למרסיי.

קסנדרה סורטינו, בעלת החווה, סיפרה כי היא עדיין שרויה בטראומה עמוקה בעקבות הפגיעה בבעלי החיים שלה.

הפרשה החלה בפברואר, כאשר הבחינה בסימני קשירה על רגליהם של כמה מבעלי החיים. וטרינר שמצא פציעות באיברי המין שלהם וכן עקבות דם.

בעקבות הממצאים התקינה סורטינו מצלמת אבטחה, שבה תועד אדם החודר לשטח החווה ואונס בעלי חיים. היא נשארה בקשר עם המשטרה, ובאפריל נעצר החשוד האפגני.

בעת מעצרו מצאו אותו השוטרים כשהוא בעיצומו של אונס עז, כשהוא עוטה כפפות לטקס ומכנסיו מופשלים.

מבקש המקלט, יליד אפגניסטן, הכחיש את כל האישומים במהלך משפטו בבית המשפט באקס-אן-פרובאנס ב-22 ביוני, אף על פי שנתפס על ידי המשטרה בשעת מעשה, מאחורי אחת העיזים, כשהוא לובש כפפות לטקס.

France: 30 months in prison for an Afghan “asylum seeker” who raped five goats and a lamb.

French media report that a 19-year-old Afghan asylum seeker living in Europe has been sentenced to prison after being convicted of raping five goats and a six-month-old lamb. The lamb died as a result of the assault at an animal sanctuary and educational farm in France.
The defendant, identified only as Massoud S., claimed in court that he was “a normal person.”
He also reportedly told a court-appointed psychologist that he raped the goats and the lamb in order to avoid raping a woman, because, in his words, “a goat cannot identify him afterward.” How considerate of him.
He was convicted and sentenced to 30 months in prison, and was also banned from remaining in France, following his actions at the animal sanctuary and educational farm “Le Refuge d’un Moment” in Les Pennes-Mirabeau, near Marseille.
Cassandra Sortino, the owner of the farm, said she remains deeply traumatized by what was done to her animals.
The case began in February, when she noticed tying marks on the legs of several animals. A veterinarian later found injuries to their genitals as well as traces of blood.
Following the findings, Sortino installed a security camera, which recorded a man entering the farm and raping animals. She stayed in contact with the police, and in April the Afghan suspect was arrested.
At the time of his arrest, police found him in the act of raping a goat, wearing latex gloves and with his trousers pulled down.
The asylum seeker, born in Afghanistan, denied all charges during his trial at the Aix-en-Provence court on June 22, despite being caught by police in the act, behind one of the goats, wearing latex gloves.

According to him:

“They are making a big deal out of it, but they are only animals!”

An Iranian channel (apparently supportive of the regime) has revealed a large underground facility with six tunnel entrances at a strategic location in Iran.
According to the channel, construction of the facility has been underway since 2024, and it is believed to be associated with the IRGC Aerospace Force's missile unit.
The above-ground infrastructure of the site was reportedly damaged during the last two military operations, but excavation work is still ongoing.

מוקדם יותר היום (ה'), כוחות צוות הקרב החטיבתי גולני בפיקוד אוגדה 36 הפועלים בזוטר א-שרקייה, זיהו חמישה מחבלים מארגון הטרור חיזבאללה שהיוו איום על כוחותינו הפועלים בתוך המרחב הביטחוני.

באירוע נוסף, כוחות צוות הקרב של חטיבת הקומנדו הפועלים ברכס עלי טאהר, זיהו מחבל חמוש מארגון הטרור חיזבאללה שהיווה איום על כוחותינו הפועלים במרחב הביטחוני.

מיד לאחר הזיהוי, חיל האוויר תקף והכוחות בשטח ירו לעבר המחבלים וחיסלו אותם להסרת האיום.

כוחות צה"ל פועלים במרחב רכס עלי טאהר ולא מאפשרים למחבלי הארגון לצאת מהתשתיות התת-קרקעיות או לנוע במרחב הרכס.

צה"ל לא יאפשר לארגון הטרור חיזבאללה לפגוע באזרחי מדינת ישראל ובכוחותיו וימשיך לפעול להסרת איומים מיידיים.

#חיזבאללה🌟 מפרסם כרוז על התקיפה שביצע צה"ל היום אחה"צ באזור מיפדון:

צבא האויב הישראלי שב ותקף במכוון אזרחים לבנונים שהיו בדרכם לבדוק את בתיהם בכביש זוטר א־שרקיה–מיפדון, בטענה כי היוו איום על כוחותיו הכובשים.

כתוצאה מהתקיפה, שבוצעה בשעה 14:40 באמצעות טיל ששוגר מכטב"ם עוין, נהרגו שני אזרחים שנפגעו באופן ישיר, ואדם נוסף נפצע.

Following the identifications, the Israeli Air Force and the ground forces fired toward the terrorists and eliminated them to remove the threat.

IDF soldiers are operating in the Ali al-Taher Ridge area and will not allow Hezbollah terrorists to exit the underground tunnel network or operate in the area of the ridge.

The IDF will not allow the Hezbollah terrorist organization to harm Israeli civilians or IDF soldiers, and will continue to operate to remove immediate threats.
