כוחות הביטחון חושפים רשת של מבריחי אמל״ח מגבול ירדן לתוך שטחי יהודה ושומרון:

החקירה החלה לפני מספר חודשים, כשזוהה רחפן שנושא מספר אקדחים חודר לשטח ישראל. בחודשים האחרונים, נעצרו 4 אזרחים ישראלים מהפזורה הבדואית בנגב - והתברר שהם עמדו מאחורי רשת הברחות אמל״ח.

במהלך כלל ההברחות - הם הבריחו כ-44 אקדחים לשטח ישראל ועוד כ-120 ק״ג חשיש לשטח ירדן. הם פעלו להפיץ ולמכור את הסחורה המוברחת לפלסטינים ביו״ש.

Security forces have uncovered a network of weapons smugglers operating from the Jordanian border into Judea and Samaria.

The investigation began several months ago, when a drone carrying several handguns was detected entering Israeli territory. In recent months, four Israeli citizens from the Bedouin diaspora in the Negev were arrested—it was later revealed that they were behind the weapons smuggling network.

Over the course of the smuggling operations, they smuggled approximately 44 handguns into Israeli territory and around 120 kg of hashish into Jordanian territory. They worked to distribute and sell the smuggled goods to Palestinians in Judea and Samaria.
