כוחות צה״ל בפיקוד הדרום ושב״כ תקפו אתמול (ג׳) בצפון רצועת עזה וחיסלו את המחבל איאד אחמד עבד אלרחמן שמבארי, ראש מחלקת המבצעים במטה המודיעין הצבאי של ארגון הטרור חמאס.

שמבארי שימש בשנים האחרונות כראש מחלקת המבצעים במודיעין הצבאי של ארגון הטרור חמאס, ובמסגרת תפקידו היה אחראי על ריכוז תמונות המצב המבצעיות של כלל רצועת עזה.

המחבל היווה גורם מרכזי שעסק באיסוף מודיעין על כוחות צה״ל, בעבור הכוונה והוצאה לפועל של מתווי טרור נגד כוחותינו, והיווה איום מיידי לכוחות צה"ל הפועלים במרחב.

בנוסף, בפעילותו לקח חלק פעיל בתכנון הפשיטה של ארגון הטרור חמאס במסגרת הטבח הרצחני שביצע ב-7 באוקטובר.

איאד אל-שנבארי, המכונה גם אבו סלאח - דמות בכירה בגדוד בית חנון של הזרוע הצבאית של חמאס.
אל-שנבארי שרד בעבר ניסיון התנקשות בשנת 2007. בנו נהרג גם הוא באותה תקיפה.

Joint IDF and ISA announcement

The IDF and ISA eliminated Head of the Operations Department in #Hamas🔴 ’ Military Intelligence Headquarters

Yesterday (Tuesday), the IDF and ISA carried out a strike in the northern Gaza Strip, eliminating the terrorist Iyad Ahmed Abd al-Rahman Shambari, Head of the Operations Department in Hamas’ Military Intelligence Headquarters.

In recent years, Shambari was responsible for compiling the operational situational assessment of the entire Gaza Strip.

The terrorist was a key figure engaged in gathering intelligence on IDF troops in order to direct and execute attack plans against IDF troops, and posed an immediate threat to IDF troops operating in the area.

Additionally, he took an active part in planning the Hamas terrorist organization’s infiltration during the brutal October 7th massacre.

IDF troops under the Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat.

Iyad al-Shanbari, also known as Abu Salah - a senior figure in the Beit Hanoun Brigade of Hamas' military wing.
Al-Shanbari previously survived an assassination attempt in 2007. His son was also killed in the same attack.

תלמידה מאזור שוויפאת פנתה לדובר צה"ל בערבית אל"ם אביחי אדרעי באינסטגרם וטענה כי בבית ספרה מוסתרים אמל"ח של #חיזבאללה🌟 .
הטענה, שהתבררה בהמשך ככוזבת לפי הרשויות בלבנון, נועדה ככל הנראה כדי להתחמק מהבחינות - עוררה סערה בארץ הארזים. היא והוריה עוכבו לחקירה ולבסוף שוחררו.

בהודעה רשמית שהופצה להורי התלמידים, הנהלת בית הספר הבהירה:

כל תלמיד שיוכח כי היה מעורב בפגיעה בבית הספר או בהתייחסות אליו בכל מעשה או אמירה המנוגדים לחוק ולנהלים - חשף את עצמו לאחריות משפטית. החקירה עדיין מתנהלת, כאשר כל מי שיוכח במעורבותו יישא באחריות המלאה למעשיו, הוא והוריו.

Unusual event in the Beirut area:
A student from the Shafiat area contacted the IDF Arabic spokesman, Col. Avichai Adraee, on Instagram and claimed that #Hezbollah🌟 weapons were hidden in her school .
The claim, which later turned out to be false according to the Lebanese authorities, was apparently intended to evade exams - causing a stir in the land of cedars. She and her parents were detained for questioning and eventually released.

At the same time, residents of the area said that during the two days following the announcement, unusual drone activity was observed in the skies over Shafiat and around the school.

In an official statement distributed to the students' parents, the school administration clarified:

Any student who proves to have been involved in harming the school or in relating to it in any act or statement that is contrary to the law and procedures - exposes himself to legal liability." It was also noted that the investigation is still ongoing, and anyone who proves his involvement will bear full responsibility for his actions, both he and his parents.

Avichai addresses the school in a statement after the case of the student who contacted him:

Have your conversation with the student based on empathy and not punishment; there may be someone harassing or pressuring her!

The London Police released footage of the arrest of the Muslim attacker involved in today’s stabbing attack in Golders Green.

The suspect in the assault on two Orthodox Jews is believed to be suffering from mental health issues.
