The Tasnim News Agency publishes footage of Revolutionary Guards taking control of two container ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

Container ships operated by MSC: the MSC Panamanian Francesca and the Liberian Epaminondas.
According to the IRGC, the ships were detained for "operating without necessary permits and disrupting navigation systems."

Their plan was exposed and failed, and she was put on trial with two of her organization members in Greece, but was released in 1970 as part of a prisoner exchange deal between Israel and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine after another Greek plane was successfully hijacked.
