The Institute for Science and International Security reports that Iran appears to have set up improvised roadblocks near the three tunnel entrances to the underground facility at the Isfahan nuclear complex.
The purpose of the roadblocks is believed to be to make it more difficult for any ground operation to seize the enriched uranium buried there, by restricting freedom of movement and delaying forces that would attempt to break into the facility.

Although these are obstacles that can be removed, they still constitute an additional operational consideration that must be taken into account when planning any infiltration of the complex.
