יחידה זו, שהוקמה בשנת 2006 מונה על פי הערכות שונות כ- 500-600 איש ובסיסה המרכזי נמצא באי פארור (Farur), השוכן בסמוך למיצר הורמוז (ראה תמונה). עם זאת אנשי היחידה פרוסים בהתאם לצורך המבצעי ברחבי המפרץ הפרסי ומעבר לו.
מסלול ההכשרה ביחידה אורך כשנתיים והוא פתוח רק בפני לוחמים בעלי וותק וניסיון מיתר זרועות משמרות המהפכה. במסגרת הכשרתם מוכשרים החניכים בתחומי צלילה, חבלה, צליפה, סיור, צניחה, פשיטה מהים, גלישה ממסוקים, חילוץ בני ערובה, השתלטות על כלי שייט, זריעת מוקשים, הפעלת כלי שיט, מערכות נשק ועוד.

This unit, established in 2006, has, according to various estimates, about 500-600 people and its main base is on Farur Island, located near the Strait of Hormuz (see photo). However, the unit's personnel are deployed according to operational needs throughout the Persian Gulf and beyond.
The training course in the unit lasts about two years and is open only to fighters with seniority and experience from other branches of the Revolutionary Guards. As part of their training, the trainees are trained in the fields of diving, sabotage, sniper shooting, reconnaissance, parachuting, sea raiding, helicopter gliding, hostage rescue, taking control of vessels, laying mines, operating vessels, weapons systems, and more.
