פרקליטות המדינה הגישה לבית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים כתב אישום נגד שני אחים תושבי אזור ירושלים, בשנות ה־20 לחייהם, בגין עבירות ביטחוניות חמורות.

לפי האישום, השניים עמדו בקשר עם גורמי מודיעין איראניים והעבירו להם ידיעות ביטחוניות, ביודעין ובהכוונה איראנית, תמורת כסף.

הפרקליטות מבקשת להורות על מעצרם עד תום ההליכים ומייחסת להם עבירות של מגע עם סוכן חוץ ומסירת ידיעה לאויב.

The State Attorney's Office has filed an indictment with the Jerusalem District Court against two brothers, residents of the Jerusalem area, in their 20s, for serious security offenses.

According to the indictment, the two were in contact with Iranian intelligence officials and passed on security information to them, knowingly and with Iranian direction, in exchange for money.

The Attorney General's Office is seeking to order their detention until the end of the proceedings and is charging them with the offenses of contacting a foreign agent and passing on information to the enemy.

כוחות צה"ל ממשיכים להסיר איומים במרחב הגבול: חוסל מחבל מארגון הטרור #חיזבאללה🌟 בדרום לבנון

בעקבות אינדיקציות מודיעיניות שנאספו בחודשים האחרונים, כוחות חטיבה 300 בפיקוד אוגדה 91 חיסלו מוקדם יותר היום (ב') מחבל מארגון הטרור חיזבאללה במרחב עייתא ע-שאב שבדרום לבנון.

בתקופה האחרונה המחבל עסק באיסוף מודיעין נגד כוחות צה"ל ופעל לשיקום תשתיות של הארגון בדרום לבנון.

פעולותיו של המחבל היוו הפרה של ההבנות בין ישראל ללבנון ואיום על כוחות צה"ל הפועלים במרחב.

צה"ל ימשיך לפעול להסרת כל איום על מדינת ישראל ולמניעת התבססות מחבלי ארגון הטרור חיזבאללה במרחב הגבול.

Earlier today (Monday), following intelligence indications gathered in recent months, IDF troops eliminated a #Hezbollah🌟 terrorist in the Ayta ash-Shaab area in southern Lebanon.

Recently, the terrorist was involved in gathering intelligence on IDF troops and operated to rehabilitate Hezbollah’s terrorist infrastructure in southern Lebanon.

The terrorist’s activities constituted a violation of the ceasefire understandings between Israel and Lebanon.

The IDF will continue to operate to remove any threat against the State of Israel and to prevent the establishment of Hezbollah terrorists in the border area.
