פעילות מחבלי ארגון הטרור חיזבאללה לשיקום האתר מהווה הפרה של ההבנות בין ישראל ללבנון ואיום על מדינת ישראל.

Azerbaijani security services have detained three supporters of the Islamic State on suspicion of planning a terrorist attack.

Security forces detained Gulayev Ilgar Ilham Ogli, born in 2000, alias Abu Zar al-Muhajir, Firiev Amin al-Shada Ogli, born in 2005, alias Abdurashid, and Elizda Albin Senan Ogli, born in 2005, alias Abdurahman al-Azri. Law enforcement authorities believe that the three maintained contact with fighters from the so-called "Vilayat Khorasan", who encouraged Azerbaijanis to carry out an attack on a foreign embassy in Baku. According to media reports, the jihadists' target was the Israeli embassy.

The day before, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar arrived in Azerbaijan. He thanked President Ilham Aliyev for his concern for the country's Jewish community at the government level.
