כוחות צה״ל סיכלו ניסיון הברחה של עשרה אקדחים בגבול המזרחי

תצפיות צה"ל זיהו אמש (ד׳), רחפן שחצה ממזרח לשטח מדינת ישראל בניסיון להבריח אמצעי לחימה.

לאחר הזיהוי, כוחות צה"ל מחטיבת יואב יירטו את הרחפן שנשא עשרה אקדחים.

האקדחים שאותרו הועברו להמשך טיפול כוחות הביטחון.

Yesterday (Wednesday), IDF observation posts identified a drone that crossed into Israeli territory from the east in an attempt to smuggle weapons.

Following the identification, IDF troops intercepted the drone. The drone carried ten firearms.

The firearms were transferred to the security forces for further handling.

Tests of a new long-range suicide drone, the Skifteri K1, were conducted in Kosovo. Externally, the Skifteri K1 appears to be another copy of the Iranian Shahed-136 drone, only smaller and with a shorter range. During the tests, the Skifteri K1 was said to have hit its target after a flight of 1,124 km, lasting 7 hours and 12 minutes, with a payload capacity of 42 kg.
