כל מי שחולם להחזיר את האזור לעבר, להטיל שליטה באמצעות טרור או לשקם אוטוקרטיות על חשבון מדינות ריבוניות, ייתקל בברית החלטית של מדינות חופשיות ועוצמתיות המסוגלות להגן על עצמן.

באותו זמן, אני גם נחוש למנוע מגורמים השואפים לייצב את האזור באמצעות טרור, אגרסיה או התערבויות צבאיות בסוריה, בעזה, בים האגאי או בכל אזור אחר.

מדינת ישראל ויוון, וכן קפריסין, התאחדו מול איומים ממשיים לכל האזור.

יוון וישראל ישתפו פעולה במערכות ליירוט רחפנים, כטב"מים וכלי שיט בלתי מאוישים וכן בהגנת סייבר.
