הלילה, בפעילות התקפית של לוחמי הימ״מ בכפר קוד שבחטיבת מנשה, פעלו הלוחמים בהכוונת השב״כ ובסיוע כוחות צה״ל, לסיכול חוליית טרור אשר שתכננה לבצע פיגוע ולקחה חלק בהתארגנות הטרור במחנה ג׳נין.

במהלך הפעילות, זיהו הלוחמים את חוליית המחבלים יוצאים ממערה, צלפי היחידה בצעו ירי מדוייק, וחיסלו את שלושתם. זמן קצר לאחר מכן, בוצעה תקיפה אווירית ע״י חיל האוויר על מנת לפגוע במערה ממנה יצא במטרה לפגוע בתשתית הטרור.

שלושה מחבלים, שתכננו לבצע פיגוע, חוסלו לפנות בוקר בפעילות מיוחדת של הימ"מ בכפר קוד באזור ג'נין. המחבלים יצאו מתת קרקע (מערה👆), חוסלו בירי על ידי צלפים. התוואי התת קרקעי הותקף מהאוויר.

זהו המקום בו חוסלו (ניתן לראות מה שנשאר מאחד מהם), שני גופות המחבלים נלקחו ע"י צה"ל.👆

היום בבוקר מדווחים על תקיפה מהאוויר על אותו מקום.
