IDF 401st Brigade Dismantles a Significant Hamas Combat Compound Containing Stolen Humanitarian Aid and Weapons

IDF troops of the 401st Brigade are operating in Gaza City as part of the effort to dismantle Hamas’ terror infrastructure in the area.

Earlier today (Thursday), during the operation, IDF troops located and dismantled a significant, manned Hamas combat compound. Inside, they found large quantities of weapons, including approximately 20 explosive devices of various types, dozens of grenades, and assorted firearms, as well as stolen humanitarian aid.

In addition, the troops uncovered an underground passage that connected several operational apartments used by Hamas terrorists.

IDF troops will continue to operate in the Gaza Strip to defend Israeli civilians.

The IDF and ISA Eliminated a Terrorist Who Infiltrated the Nahal Oz Outpost Bomb Shelter During the Brutal October 7th Massacre

The IDF and ISA struck and eliminated the terrorist Wael Mutrieh in the Shati area. Mutrieh was a Nukhba platoon commander in Hamas’ Shati Battalion in the Gaza City area.

Mutrieh took part in the infiltration of the Nahal Oz Outpost bomb shelter on October 7th, 2023, and throughout the war, was responsible for planning and carrying out terror attacks against IDF troops in the Gaza Strip.

The IDF and ISA will continue to operate against the terrorists who participated in the brutal October 7th massacre.

המחבל ואאל מטריה לקח חלק בפשיטה למיגונית במחנה נחל עוז בטבח הרצחני ב-7 באוקטובר, ובמסגרת תפקידו במהלך המלחמה קידם מתווי טרור נגד כוחות צה"ל ברצועת עזה.

צה״ל ושב"כ ימשיכו לפעול בעוצמה נגד המחבלים מארגוני הטרור שלקחו חלק בטבח הרצחני ב-7 באוקטובר.
