A.propranolol
B. diltiazem / verapamil
C. Digoxin

Although that BB is the first line for HF with Afib, we don’t use propranolol ⛔️


Cardioselective BB such as metoprolol or bisoprolol ✅


So if no meto or biso in the answers, choose digoxin (2nd line Rx after BB) ✅


Its important to know that A fib have different management, wether its decompensated HF or chronic congestive HF

Here in the question there is no mentioning to tackle this matter
