⚡️ Customers were defrauded of almost a million hryvnias: an organized criminal group will be tried in Khmelnytsky region
In February 2022, operative officers of the Strategic Investigation Department in Khmelnytsky region exposed a fraudulent scheme.
🔹The perpetrators were engaged in exchanging cars for better ones for a small additional payment, but in fact provided the victims with cars with forged documents and in unsatisfactory technical condition.
🔹Clients did not have the opportunity to return cars or funds. Cars received from the victims for exchange were legalized by the defendants by re-registration to controlled persons. The victims suffered damages of almost a million hryvnias.
🔹At the beginning of the year, during authorized searches in the territory of Khmelnytsky and Vinnytsia regions, the victims' cars, fictitious sales contracts, "black" records, forms, seals, car number plates, as well as money in various currencies totaling more than 1.2 million hryvnias were seized.

The woman prepared fictitious documents about the education of persons in higher educational institutions of the European Union countries. The cost of a "student card" was 4,000-4,500 euros.
🔹Policemen exposed the criminal while receiving 2,000 euros for providing a complete package of documents for traveling abroad. Previously she received a similar amount as a deposit. According to the law enforcement officers, only during August, the perpetrator "earned" 150,000 euros from "student cards".

The settlements of #Orihiv, Novoandriivka, Maly Shcherbaki, #Energodar, Novodanilivka and Preobrazhenka were the most affected. As a result, 3 persons were injured. More than 10 infrastructure objects were damaged (4 private houses and the Zaporizhzhia NPP). As a result of shelling of the territory of the NPP, the automatic protection system of the power unit was activated, which automatically disconnected from the unified energy system of Ukraine. No information was received regarding the increase in the radiation background. The shelling continues.

📍#Запорізька область: тривають обстріли та ракетні удари по населених пунктах, що межують з тимчасово окупованими територіями. Найбільш постраждали населені пункти #Оріхів, Новоандріївка, Малі Щербаки, #Енергодар, Новоданилівка та Преображенка. Унаслідок чого поранено 3 особи. Руйнувань зазнали понад 10 об’єктів інфраструктури (4 приватні будинки та Запорізька АЕС). Унаслідок обстрілу території АЕС спрацювала система автоматичного захисту енергоблока, який автоматично від'єднався від об’єднаної енергосистеми України. Інформація щодо підвищення радіаційного фону не надходила. Обстріл триває.

🔹За даними оперативників УСР в Харківській області, місцевий мешканець із кримінальними минулим активно підтримував дії російської армії на території України, був учасником дискусій у численних групах у соцмережах антидержавного спрямування та відверто просував російські наративи. У пабліках він також публікував інформацію про переміщення військової техніки та місця дислокації військових.
За скоєне може загрожувати позбавлення волі на строк до восьми років.
