Join us as a volunteer for the Study Steady Relax (SSR) Programme, where children aged 7–12 receive study support, and learn useful skills in a safe, encouraging space.

We are looking for individuals who are:

🌱 Willing to guide and support children

What's going down?
This workshop is for youths aged 16 to 25.

🗨️ Join us for an open and honest conversation with women leaders on the doubts, setbacks, and turning points that shaped them. Through open conversation and small-group chats, we’ll unpack the pressures commonly experienced today — from identity to internships and early careers.

The session will be hosted by Sha-En Yeo (Founder of Happiness Scientists), moderated by Antoniette Patterson (Founder & CEO of Safe Space), alongside panelists comprising Cheryl Ng (Creator & Social Advocate), Dr. Geraldine Tan (Director, Principal Psychologist) and Felicia Lauw (Senior Manager, Brahm Centre).

We are looking for volunteers between 18-35 years old to support Youth Day at *SCAPE. This event is a collaboration between *SCAPE and grovve. This is a great opportunity for you who are curious and hope to gain hands-on exposure to youth mental health promotion

What you'll do:
* Welcome participants and introduce grovve as a mental wellness space
* Guide them through a self-directed activity experience
* Support participant engagement and programme flow
* Help create a safe, welcoming, and youth-friendly environment

Come try Worry Wiggle, a youth-led board game designed to help you understand and manage academic stress in a fun and interactive way!
For youths aged 12–25 who are currently in formal education.
Through the game, you’ll get to:
💭 Spot unhelpful thoughts
🔍 Look at whether those thoughts are really accurate
🌱 Practise finding more balanced ways of looking at things
💪 Build skills to cope with everyday stress
No lectures, no boring worksheets,  just a game, conversations and a chance to learn some useful ways to deal with school stress. 🎲
