The Social Entrepreneurs Union of Agricultural Cooperatives (SEUAC) is seeking a motivated Executive Manager to support the Chairwoman and her team in providing agricultural services to farmers and managing agri-enterprise operations — including model vegetable and fruit farms.
👤 We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Honors and Elevates Farmer Leadership
Demonstrates deep respect for farmers’ knowledge and positions them as central decision-makers.
✅ Excels in Multi-Stakeholder Coordination
Effectively facilitates collaboration and communication among SEUAC, government ministries, donors, and private sector partners.
✅ Builds Trust with Integrity
Engages honestly with farmers and fosters strong, trustworthy relationships with all stakeholders, including SEUAC, business development actors, and the private sector.
✅ Champions Rural Innovation
Is driven to lead transformative change in rural enterprise, breaking new ground in inclusive development.
✅ Is Committed to Resilient Food Systems
Believes in and actively works toward creating inclusive, adaptive, and resilient food systems that serve all communities.
