Milo of Croton was a legendary 6th-century BCE Greek athlete and wrestler from southern Italy. He dominated the ancient Olympic and Pythian games, remaining virtually undefeated for decades.
Legend tells he trained by lifting a calf daily before it grew to a full size bull. ☀️
