OLA Electric jaisi doosri nuqsan mein chalne wali companyon ki tarah FirstCry ka IPO bhi bara hai, jo taqriban 4,193 crore rupaye ka hai. Qaabil e zikar baat yeh hai ke is mein se sirf 1,666 crore rupaye (taqriban 40%) company ko milenge, jab ke baaqi 2,527 crore rupaye (taqriban 60%) farokht ki peshkash (OFS) ke tor par honge.
IPO ki tafseelaat:
- IPO ki tareekh: 6 August β 8 August
- Face Value: 2 rupaye fi share
- Price Band: 440 se 465 rupaye fi share
- Lot Size: 32 shares

FirstCry noomolood bachon se le kar 12 saal tak ke bachon ki zarooriyat ko poora karta hai, jisme kapray, jootay, baby gear, nursery items, diapers, khilone, aur zaati nigehdasht ki masnuaat shaamil hain. Yeh Bhartiya third-party brands, global brands, aur apne in-house brands se masnuaat pesh karta hai.
Company ke maa'on, bachon, aur bachon ke liye wasee product peshkash mein 7,500 se zyada brands se 1.5 million se zyada SKUs shaamil hain. Unka multi-channel platform kapray aur fashion, khilone, kitaabein, school supplies, diapers, nahane aur jild ki dekhbhal, ghiza aur doodh pilana, sehat aur hifazat, baby gear, aur maternity wear jaise categories ko cover karta hai.
Maliyati tafseelaat:
- FY24 Revenue: 6,575 crore rupaye, saal dar saal (YoY) 5,731 crore rupaye se 14% ka izafa
- PAT24: (321) crore rupaye ka nuqsan, saal dar saal (YoY) (486) crore rupaye ke nuqsan se 51% ki kami
- Net Worth: 3,170 crore rupaye, saal dar saal (YoY) 3,456 crore rupaye se 9% ki kami
Masla ki ashya:
1. "BabyHug" brand ke tehat naye jadeed stores ka qiyaam aur Bharat mein ek godaam ka qiyaam.
2. FirstCry brand aur company ke doosre house brands ke tehat naye jadeed stores ka qiyaam aur Bharat mein Digital Age ke milkiyat aur control wale mojooda pehchane gaye jadeed stores ke liye kiraye ki adaigi.

Nuqsan mein hone ke bawajood, FirstCry bachon ki masnuaat ke liye aik ahem intekhab bani hui hai. IPO ya to discount listing ya maamooli listing faida ka natija ho sakta hai. Halaankeh, IPO ke size ko dekhte hue, allotment ka imkaan kaafi zyada hai.

US fall is because of weak production growth data(pmi-manufacturing) , no rate cut , all tech companies quarterly results r good but management forecasted commentry for future is not expected, geo-political situation war,job cut n cloud of recession...
Monday gap down .
No doubt market will be negative next week but 2 positive points, fiis may come and nifty has support at 24400
powel should have listen us on dated 17 july n 27 July .. hopefully he will on 17-18 sept(rate cut) or even this month intermediary in unplanned meeting then boom..
Reason to worry in next week is there but not as big as covid or 2008 fall... Us has to take specific actions i.e. rate cut , no war, china withdrawal from treasury bond .
Important to see 24400 nifty ,good support level , above that not to worry , but below that really to worry a lot .. Monday Tuesday nifty may fall to touch this level , hope for reversal from this level , Wednesday onwards may see some positive reversal n fiis entry here, next we will re analyse...don't forget Iran factor this would be out of syllabus.
Current scenario is a slow down job cuts etc(negative) first if at all 24400 broken then we have budget low then recession (dehli door hai) , and not a recession, atleast will not come before 3-4 months insha Allah π³π€
What to do :: analysis to sell weak fundamentals,tech weak below 21 ema , overvalued... analysis to Buy good one in dip correction , looks for stocks which can beat index
