You bought a plot of land

Next year due to excessive rain there was a flood which reduced the value of your plot.

So will you sell your plot cheap out of fear? No one will sell as far as I believe because the flood will end in a few days and the plot will come back to its value.

Such flood-like situations keep occurring in the share market, do not be in a hurry to sell your plots (stocks).

I have seen correction 7 times in 10 years 2013/2015/2016, the market had fallen three times in a short period of time.

But 2018/2019 was a very bad time in which the market fell a little every day and this continued for 27 months.

After that came Corona in 2020. This time the market both fell and rose very rapidly because at that time the interest rates were at their lowest.

Then in the beginning of 2022, after the war between Russia and Ukraine, the market started falling, this time the reason for the fall was the increase in interest rates.

This time the decline continued for 15 months where Small Cap Index came from 12k to 8500. After that there was a recovery in the market and all the indices made new all-time highs.

The special thing is that after every fall, recovery is also wonderful.
Only the one who is patient and persists will earn money.
