We were thrilled to be part of this year’s CB Fest and Activities Fair, hosted by EMSA-AA, on August 2&3.
As the Standing Committee on Human Rights and Peace (SCORP), we had the opportunity to showcase our ongoing projects and share insights into our upcoming initiatives.
The atmosphere was enriching and inspiring. We left the event energized, motivated, and ready to take our projects to the next level.
💚Huge thank-you to all our amazing members who brought passion and spirit. You made our booth unforgettable!
🎉 Congratulations to the winners of our SCORP Puzzle Challenge! We hope you enjoyed cracking it while also learning something new, proving once again that SCORP is a standing committee that’s fun, dynamic, and always has a little something extra in return for your participation. Yes, you read that right. In 2011, the United Nations made the Smurfs official ambassadors for peace and goodwill. That’s right, tiny blue creatures who live in mushrooms🍄 and avoid Gargamel are now international peace icons. 🌍💙
So next time you watch cartoons, remember: even fictional characters are speaking up for justice, peace, and equality, in between saving the world and getting into hilarious messes😄

In Switzerland, owning just one guinea pig isn’t allowed! 🐹🚫
Why?
Because guinea pigs are social creatures, and keeping one alone is considered animal neglect. The law sees them as “victims of loneliness,” so you must have at least two to keep each other company.
It’s a sweet reminder that laws can protect emotional well-being too, not just for humans, but for our furry friends!
So, if you ever become a guinea pig parent, remember: it’s double the whiskers, double the fun… and double the hay bills 😄🙌.

At SCORP, we believe communication should have no barriers and that’s why we’re so excited about our ongoing Sign Language Class! 🤟
💚The sessions so far have been truly engaging, filled with interaction, practice, and lots of fun. Instead of simply memorizing signs, participants are actively involved, practicing conversations, and learning through real-life activities.
Every class feels like a lively exchange, reminding us that language is about connection, not just words.
👏 A big thank you to all participants for their enthusiasm and to our facilitators from ENAD for making each class so dynamic. The journey continues and we can’t wait to see more hands speaking!
