Dearest SCOME Ethiopia members, we are delighted to announce the successful completion of our month long Sign Language training!🎉🎉

🐼 The course was aimed to bridge the gap between the medical community and the deaf community, fostering a more inclusive healthcare environment.

🐼 Through out the course, our trainees have acquired the basics of Ethiopian and American sign language, including medical terminologies and conversational techniques. We hope they are now equipped with the basic skills needed to communicate and connect with the deaf community in their professional and personal life.

🐼 We would like to extend our gratitude to those who joined the classes and stayed committed until the very end of the training. Thank you for your active engagements!

⚪️ Remember, the end of the course is just the beginning of a journey. We encourage our students to continue practicing and improving their sign language skills. Let's make healthcare accessible for all, one sign at a time!
