ከቆይታችን ማህደር...

"ኧረ ዶክተር ምን እየሆንክ ነው?" ከደቂቃዎች በፊት ያዘዘውን ቡና ያመጣችለት የላውንጅ አስተናጋጅ ቁልቁል እየተመለከተች ስታናግረው ነበር ከህሊናው ጋር ገጥሞ የነበረውን ሙግት ጋብ አድርጎ ቡናውን የተቀበላት።

አስከትላ "በሠላም ነው?" ለሚለው ጥያቄዋ መልስ ስታጣ ግራ ተጋብታ ወደ ቦታዋ ተመለሠች። እንደወትሮው ገና እንደገባ "ቡና አለ?" አላለም:: ፍልቅልቅ ጥርሶቹም ያለልማዳቸው ተገጥግጠው ዳምነዋል። አላፊው ሁሉ ላይ የሚያውለበልቡት ረዣዥም ክንዶቹ ከደረቱ ሰገባ ተሸሽገዋል:: እንደገባ በጣቶቹ ብቻ ለአስተናጋጇ ምልክት ሠጥቶ አንገቱን አቀርቅሮ ብቻውን ማነብነብ ጀመረ። ሁኔታው የተለየባት አስተናጋጅ ቡናውን ስታቀብለው "ልንገራቸው ይሆን?" ሲል ሠምታው ኖሮ ከራሱ እንደሚያወራ ገብቷት ነበር ምን እንደሆነ የጠየቀችው :: ጥያቄዋን ሳይመልስ ቡናውን ተቀብሎ ከወጣበት የሀሳብ ኩታንኩት ተመልሶ ተዘፈቀ።

እውነት ነው ዶ/ር ሱራፌል በቅርብ የሚያውቃቸው ታካሚው ጉዳይ ሀሳቡን ከነጋ ሰቅዞ ይዞታል። ታካሚዋ ወደ 80 ዓመት የተጠጋቸው እናት ሲሆኑ ምንም እንኳን የናሙና ውጤቱ ባይደርስም ከሚያሳዩት ምልክት እና ከቀደመ ታሪካቸው- ወደ ተለያየ የሠውነት ክፍላቸው የተሠራጨ ካንሠር እንደሆነ አስቧል። ይሄ በራሡ አንድ የሚያስጨንቅ ጉዳይ ሆኖ ሳለ የቤተሠቦቻቸው ጉዳይ ሌላ ራስ ምታት ሆኖበታል። ከታካሚዋ ጎን ለአፍታም የማይለዩት ልጆቻቸው: አያታቸውን በስስት ዓይን እያዩ ከጉያቸው የሚራወጡ የልጅ ልጆቻቸው ከናሙናው መወሰድ በኋላ ነበር "ዶክተር እናታችን ስታሳድገን ህይወቷን ለኛ ሰጥታ ነው ያበቃችን። እሷን ማስታመም እስካለብን ጥግ ብንዳክር እንኳን የሚበቃ አይደለም ። የናሙናው ውጤት ካንሰር ከሆነ ሠምታ እንዳይብሰባት ቀሪ ቀናቶቿም የጎሰቆሉ እንዳይሆኑ እባክህን የናሙናውን ውጤት አስቀድመህ ለኛ አሣውቀን" ሲሉ ይዘው የተማጸኑት።
"እስቲ ሲመጣ እናወራበታለን" ብሎ ቀለል አድርጎ አሣለፈው። ህሊናው ግን ይሞግተው ገብቷል ። ታካሚዋ "የልጆቼን ጥሪት ለማይድን በሽታዬ መጨረስ በዚህ ዕድሜ ትርፉ ምንድነው? ወደ ቤቴ ልግባና ፈጣሪ የጠራኝ ቀን ደስ እያለኝ ልሂድ ሲሉ የለመኑት ልመናን ደግሞ ደጋግሞ አእምሮው ይጫወትለታል።"

ራሣቸውን አልሣቱ በዛ ላይ ማንም ሠው ስለራሡ ጤና የማወቅ መብት አለው ከሚለው የስነምግባር መርህ ጋር እየተላተመ ነበር ላውንጅ የደረሰው። "ወቸው ጉድ እንደ ቀልድ ተምሬ ያለፍኳት ethics መልክ አውጥታ ትምጣ?" ይላል ለራሡ አሁንም አሁንም። የቡናውን ሂሣብ ከፍሎ ከሀሳቡ እየተጋፋ አንገቱን እንዳቀረቀረ ወደ ሆስፒታሉ ገሰገሰ ።

ዶክተል እያለች በኮልታፋ አንደበቷ ያዝ ታደርጋቸዋለች ዶ/ር መሰረትን። ዶ/ር መሰረት የህርቃልን ፍልቅልቅ ጥርሶች ሲመለከቱ ፈገግ አሉና ዛሬ ደግሞ ሳምንት ካየውሽ ረዝመሽ የለ እንዴ ሲሏት ስልምልም አይኖቿን ብርት ጥፍት እያደረገች እ .. እ ደግሞ ባለፈው በደንብ ብዪ ስለልከኝ ነው የረዘምኩት ብላ በኵራት ፈንጠር ትላለች።

እናቷ ወ/ሮ የትምየሽ በስስት አይን እያይወት አንዴም እንደመጨነቅ አንዴም እንደመሳቀቅ እያሉ ከጉያቸው ሳብ አረጓትና ነጠፍ ብለው ሰላምታ አቀረቡልን። የinternship ኑሮ ያቆረቆዘኝ እኔ ባደመነ መልኬ ሚጣን አያታለሁ ::

ዶክተር መሰረት በሆስፒታላችን ቀደምት እና በሄማቶሎጂ ዘርፍ አንጋፋ ከተሰኙት የህክምና ባለሙያዎች መካከል ሲሆኑ የጠዋት የህክምና Round ላይ በመገኘታቸው ከሊቅ እስከ ደቂቅ ባለሙያ ተሰባሰቦ የሚሉትን በጥሞና ያደምጣል። የህር ቃል ታሪክ ተነበበ። የሀዘን አይን ያቦዘዘው የ clinical ተማሪን ፣ የህክምናውን አይነትና ውጤት የሚያነበንበውን Resident የታሪኩን አንባቢ intern እያከታተሉ ካዩ በኋላ ጭንቀት ያረገዘ መልካቸውን ሸፈነው ከህርቃል ጎን ወ/ሮ የትምየለሽ ተሰየሙ። የልጃቸው ሁኔታ እያሽቆለቆለ መኾኑ ሰይገባቸው አይቀርም።

ልጃቸው በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ ደም ቢያስፈልጋትም በፍጹም ሊሆን እንደማይችል ፍርጥም ብለው ሲናገሩ ባለፈው ሰምቻለሁ ። ትክ ብዬ አያቸዋለው በምን ባሳምናቸው እያልኩ። የሚጣን የወደፊት ኑሮ አሰላስላለሁ :: ሚጣ ፍልቅልቅ ሚጣ ደስተኚት ... ከጓደኞቿ ጋር ስትቦርቅ .. ከዛ ደግሞ ስትማር ... ከዛ ትልቅ ስትሆን.. ስትመረቅ ...

Doctor ... Doctor የሚል ድምጽ ከቀን ቅዠቴ ሲያስባንነኝ የሁሉም አይን ወደ እኔ ትክ ብሎ ነበረ። እንደ ጅብራ ተገትሬ አፌ ተለጉሞ ዶ/ር ሲያወሩኝ አልሰማሁ ኖሯል ። የእንቢታ ቃላቸው ከቻርቱ ጋር ተያይዟል ሲሉ ጠየቁኝ። ካርዳቸውን ገለጥጡኝና የፈዘዙ አይኖቼን ወደ ጽሑፈቸው ወረወርኩኝ ::

As the exit exam draws near, it is our understanding that some of you could be feeling anxious about the sheer amount of materials you are expected to cover within a month of time.

You could also be confused on where to start, what materials to use, and what things to avoid.

This orientation is aimed at providing you with a comprehensive view of how to approach the exam.

Your immediate seniors will share their experience with the exam and give you their two cents on the Dos and Don'ts.
