🔴 سناتور جی دی ونس، در اولین مصاحبه خود در پی معرفی به عنوان نامزد معاونت ریاست جمهوری از سوی حزب جمهوریخواه به شبکه خبری فاکس گفت اولویت اقتصادی دولت پرزیدنت ترامپ «آزاد کردن انرژی آمریکا» است.

💢رضا خسروی و محمد امیری از مهندسان مکانیک و کارشناسان توربین تنها ۲ تن از دهها متخصصی بودند که برای روشنایی مردم به طبقه آخر جهنم (برای تعمیر کندانسور توربین نیروگاه رامین اهواز ) رفتند و برگشتند.
📌تعمیر نیروگاه در حالت آماده به کار زمانی دشوار میشود که بدانیم دمای محیط توربین نزدیک به ۷۰ درجه و رطوبت بالای ۹۰ درصد است. داغترین چایی که به عمرتان نوشیدید ۶۵ درجه دما دارد. به عبارت دیگر نیروها باید در یک دریای آب جوش عملیات میکردند.
📌کار ۹ صبح آغاز شد، ۱۸ ساعت عملیات پیچیده مهندسی بدون وقفه ادامه یافت و ساعت ۳ بامداد فردای آن روز تعمیرات با موفقیت به انتها رسید. یک رکورد بینظیر جهانی در زمان تعمیر ثبت شد و نیروگاه بدون ثانیهای توقف به تامین برق پرداخت. خطر خاموشی گسترده هم از کشور رخت بر بست.

It Seems Chinese Authorities Have Given Up on Reviving the Housing Market
Despite construction and related industries accounting for up to 30% of the country's GDP, in June, new home prices fell by 4.5% compared to the previous year. This marked the sharpest decline since June 2015 and exceeded the 3.9% drop recorded in May. On a monthly basis, home prices decreased by 0.7% in June, following a similar decline in May.
Real estate investment in China fell by 10.1% in the first half of 2024 compared to the same period last year. Additionally, according to the National Bureau of Statistics, real estate sales by area decreased by 19.0% year-on-year in the first half of the year.
