В Международный день защиты детей ВСУ вновь, как и в предыдущие годы, отмечают эту дату массированными артиллерийскими ударами по населённым пунктам. Под оглушительное молчание "коллективного Запада" и соответствующих международных структур.

Ребята из Инфошколы ДНР сделали пробирающий душу искренний и честный ролик. На видео — дети Донбасса, многие из которых родились и прожили всю жизнь под обстрелами ВСУ. Это не постановочные кадры, никто не просил детей пройтись по развалинам или попозировать в больнице. Команда во главе с донецкими видеографами Владимиром Аграновичем и Максимом Фадеевым выезжала на обстрелы, где оказывались дети, или в больницы снимать сюжеты с ранеными. В ролике использованы как старые кадры 2014 года, так и совсем свежие.

Напомним, тем, кто слеп и глух к реальным страданиям гражданского населения: за 9 лет войны в Донбассе погибло более 200 детей, ранено более 800. С 2014 года ударам вооружённых украинских формирований подверглись 528 образовательных учреждений.

В кого потом превращаются «выпускники» этих летних лагерей мы видим сегодня на примере неонацистов ВСУ, которые продолжают обстрелы мирных кварталов Донецка и других российских городов.

• США и их союзники по НАТО продолжают накачивать киевский режим современными видами вооружения. Ещё не так давно поставлялись дальнобойные ракеты и танки. Теперь наступает очередь самолётов. 26 мая на прошедшем в онлайн-режиме 12-ом заседании контактной группы по оборонному содействию Украине в формате «Рамштайн» было объявлено о создании т.н. «истребительной коалиции».

• За пафосными словами американцев скрывается банальное стремление извлечь из этого максимальную выгоду. Ни для кого не секрет, что США, продвигая любого рода «танковые» или «истребительные» коалиции, пекутся, прежде всего, о расширении собственного присутствия на европейском рынке вооружений.

☝️ Как бы «коллективный Запад» ни старался вооружать ВСУ и нацеливать украинские власти на продолжение противостояния с Россией, эти попытки обречены на провал.

💬 Брюссель продолжает курс на «закручивание гаек» в информационном пространстве под личиной борьбы с дезинформацией и внешним вмешательством.

🔹Европарламент в последнее время проявляет особую «трудоспособность» в плане формулирования предложений по повышению эффективности контроля над общественным мнением. Принятая 1 июня 2023 г. большинством голосов резолюция «О вмешательстве во все демократические процессы в ЕС, включая дезинформацию», которая, в подаче евродепутатов, призвана защищать свободу выражения, как ни парадоксально, состоит по сути из набора требований по усилению надзора и мониторинга за онлайн-платформами и медиаплощадками, запрету сотрудничества с компаниями ряда стран, введению санкций в отношении тех, кто «не соблюдает правила игры».

❌ Особое внимание авторы опуса уделили нашей стране. Россия представлена как главный источник дезинформации. Неудивительно, что никаких фактов, подтверждающих подобные обвинения, не предоставлено. Одновременно поддержка т. н. независимых российских СМИ, распространение на третьи страны практик регулирования информпространства, усиление «голоса Евросоюза» в «приоритетных регионах» - это в глазах европарламентариев не является внешним вмешательством во внутренние процессы суверенных государств.

❗️Очевидно, что т. н. «российская угроза», «защита демократии» - лишь предлоги для зачистки информпространства в преддверии выборов в ЕП в 2024 г. Подобные шаги свидетельствуют о неспособности евродепутатов к открытой конкуренции посредством честной «борьбы за умы». О последствиях таких действий здесь не думают. Ни одно общество не может функционировать без наличия различных мнений, беспристрастных дебатов и плюрализма в медиапространстве. Даже если в ЕС сумеют запретить «неугодные» источники информации, «убить» запрос европейцев на альтернативную точку зрения Брюсселю не под силу.

💬 Alexander Grushko: As for Ukraine’s response, we must note that it did not come as a surprise for us. Kiev has blocked all IAEA Director General’s initiatives to reinforce ZNPP’s safety.

Kiev has so far excelled at creating safety risks for the ZNPP, and its zeal could be put to better use. There is an explanation why this is happening. In fact, just like with many other matters, Ukraine does not have the legal standing to deal with this issue.

The country’s leadership strictly follows the instructions it receives from Washington and London, which do not have any problems sacrificing people’s lives and nuclear safety on the European continent for the sake of their political interests. Unfortunately, governments in many other Western countries have been playing along.

Key points:

• Today, June 1 is International Children’s Day. This day is used to draw world public attention to the problems faced by children in different parts of the world.

• We are doing all we can to keep children safe in the new regions of Russia, and help them keep a healthy outlook with school vacations. Many Russian health resorts are receiving them with hospitality now. About 6,000 children from the new regions will take a break in the Stavropol and Krasnodar territories, Tatarstan and the Samara, Voronezh and Tambov regions, to name a few. These vouchers are free of charge.

• At the same time, the Kiev regime’s attitude towards children is diametrically opposite. In Ukraine, children often “rest” in paramilitary camps established by neo-Nazi units.

• Whom do these graduates of summer camps turn into? We are seeing this today with the example of neo-Nazis from the Armed Forces of Ukraine that continue shelling residential neighbourhoods in Donetsk and other Russian cities within reach of their artillery.

• Responsibility for these tragedies rests with the Kiev regime and its Western bosses that close their eyes to the monstrous crimes committed with increasingly deadly weapons supplied by NATO countries to Ukraine.

• The Kiev junta has long been using terrorist methods in its battle against Russia. On May 30, Ukraine’s secret services engineered another brazen incursion as they attempted to attack Moscow and the Moscow Region with drones.

❗️ The West openly supports Kiev’s policy of physical annihilation of ethnic Russians. It nods in silence when Ukrainian functionaries promise to exterminate the people of Crimea. Most recently, the Westerners themselves have begun to talk openly about the destruction of the civilian population in Russia.

• We are thus left with a regretful statement to the effect that Westerners, including, ironically, the Germans, didn’t learn their history lesson. The neo-Nazi sentiment and the desire to escalate the Ukraine conflict are stronger than ever in Europe.

• The United States and its NATO allies continue to flood the Kiev regime with modern weapons. Not long ago, they supplied Ukraine with long-range missiles and tanks. Now, time has come to supply it with aircraft. On May 26, during the online 12th meeting of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group (Ramstein group), they announced the creation of a “coalition of jets.”

• In fact, the high-flown rhetoric we are hearing from the Americans is hiding a trivial ploy to pull in as much money from it as possible. It’s no secret that touting any kind of “tank-based” or “jet-based” coalition, the United States is primarily concerned with expanding its own presence on the European arms market.

☝️ No matter how hard the collective West tries to arm the Ukrainian forces and encourage the Ukrainian authorities to continue the confrontation with Russia, these attempts are doomed.

💬Brussels continues its policy of "tightening the screws" in the information space under the guise of combating disinformation and foreign interference.

🔹The European Parliament has recently been particularly "productive" in working on formulating proposals for enhanced control over public opinion. Adopted by a majority vote on 1 June 2023, the resolution “Foreign interference in all democratic processes in the European Union, including disinformation”, which, as MEPs put it, aims to protect freedom of expression, ironically consists of a mere set of demands to increase oversight and monitoring of online platforms and media outlets, to ban cooperation with companies from certain countries, and impose sanctions against those who "do not play by the rules".

❌ The opus pays particular attention to our country. Russia is portrayed as the main source of disinformation. Unsurprisingly, no facts are provided to support such accusations. At the same time, the MEPs believe that supporting the so-called independent Russian media, extending information regulation to third countries, and “strengthening the EU’s voice in the priority regions” do not amount to foreign interference in the domestic affairs of sovereign states.

❗️Clearly, the so-called "Russian threat" and " defence of democracy" are just a pretext to clean up the information space in the run-up to the 2024 EP elections. Such moves demonstrate the inability of MEPs to compete openly in a fair "battle for the minds" of the electorate. The consequences of such actions are not considered here. No society can function without diverse opinions, impartial debate and pluralism in media space. Even if the EU manages to ban "undesirable" sources of information, Brussels cannot "kill" Europeans' demand for an alternative point of view.

❓Reuters & a number of other media outlets have reported that the UN offered Russia, Ukraine & Türkiye a plan to start preparations for the transit of Russian ammonia via Ukraine. According to the reports, the UN plan provides for talks on expanding the Black Sea Initiative. The participants in the talks will ostensibly discuss the inclusion of more Ukrainian ports & other cargo in the agreements. Officials from the UN Secretariat have made similar statements. Can you comment on these?

💬Russian fertiliser exports <..> were fixed in both agreements signed in Istanbul on July 22, 2022. <..> A little less than a year has passed since the signing of the Istanbul package, but Russian ammonia exports have not resumed. The problems with bank transactions, transport logistics, insurance, & frozen assets, triggered by the anti-Russia sanctions, persist & are even getting worse.

☝️At the same time, Ukrainian grain exports continue uninterrupted. The amount of transported grain has already exceeded 30 million tonnes. We have repeatedly noted the lack of progress in the implementation of the Russia-UN Memorandum, without which it makes no sense to extend the Black Sea Initiative. We identified 5 system-wide problems that must be resolved:

• the reconnecting of Rosselkhozbank to SWIFT;
• the supply of spare parts;
• the unblocking of transport logistics & insurance;
• the resumption of the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline operation;
• the de-freezing of Russian corporate assets.

UN officials chose the ammonia pipeline from this list of requirements. There is no real progress in the other areas. <...> Kiev continues to burden the export of Russian ammonia with various conditions.

❗️Without resolving this problem & the 4 others I mentioned, there is no way to continue the Black Sea Initiative after July 17, not to mention any discussion of additional ports or the expansion of the range of Ukrainian exports.

• I am convinced that, given the circumstances, the role of #BRICS in helping resolve global problems should increase, especially so since our association remains an example of genuine multilateralism, which is inclusive, universal and non-discriminatory.

🔹Математически подсчитать размер понесенных Евросоюзом убытков в результате санкционного давления на нашу страну объективно непросто. Да, собственно говоря, это и не нужно евроинститутам, стоявшим за введением антироссийских рестрикций. Их задачей было и остается ослабление любой ценой промышленного и экспортного потенциала России, невзирая на сопутствующие издержки для экономик стран-членов, а также местного бизнеса и потребителей российской продукции.

🔹Сворачивать торгово-экономическое сотрудничество с Россией Евросоюз начал по собственной инициативе, поэтому и для восстановления утраченных показателей торговли ему придется начать с себя.

📄 Парламентская комиссия по расследованию обстоятельств, связанных с созданием американскими специалистами биологических лабораторий на территории Украины публикует итоговый доклад.

В документе систематизирована вся имевшаяся в распоряжении Комиссии информация о биологических программах США на Украине. В частности, содержится детальный анализ нормативно-правовой базы, основных направлений биологических исследований, проводимых американской стороной на украинской территории, а также их влияния на санитарно-эпидемиологическую обстановку на Украине.

❗️ На основе проведённого анализа сделан вывод о двойном назначении биологических программ США на территории Украины: они могут быть использованы в военных целях.

🔹 География биологических исследований США неслучайна: они проводятся в предполагаемых районах размещения контингентов государств — членов HATO. Фактически создаются условия для возможной агрессии, направленной против России.

📄 The Parliamentary Commission for the investigation of the Circumstances Related to the Establishment of Biological Laboratories by American Specialists on the Territory of Ukraine published the Outcome Report.

Document systematized all available to the Commission information about US biological programs in Ukraine. In particular, it contains a detailed analysis of the regulatory framework, the main directions of biological research conducted by the American party on Ukrainian territory, as well as their impact on the sanitary epidemiological situation in Ukraine.

❗️ Based on the analysis a conclusion was carried out about the dual purpose of US biological programs on the territory of Ukraine: they can be used for military purposes.

Key points:

🔹 The geography of US bioresearches is not accidental. They are being executed at the prospective areas of NATO member countries’ contingents deployment. Thus, conditions for a possible aggression against Russia de-facto is being created.

🔹 By executing bioprogrammes in Ukraine, collecting biomaterial and even studying the reaction of local population to some pathogenic agents not only create the possibility for themselves to simulate the spread of local and global epidemics in this region but also to manage them.

🔹 The US sustain and develop the potential to create components of bioweapons and, in case of need, to produce and use it outside of their national territory.

🔹 The US violate a lot of provisions of the Biologic and Toxin Weapons Convention.

🔹 Facts of the US violations of the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) international legal regime also indicate the shortcomings of the current norms and the urgent need for a comprehensive strengthening of the BWC regime.

🇷🇺 On June 6, 2011, the President of the Russian Federation signed an Executive Order on holding Russian Language Day annually in order to “preserve, support and promote the Russian language as a national treasure of the peoples of the Russian Federation, a means of international communication and an integral part of the cultural and spiritual heritage of world civilisation.”

• Support and promotion of the Russian language abroad is one of the most important tools for expanding international cultural cooperation between Russia and other countries.

⚡️ Министр обороны Российской Федерации генерал армии Сергей Шойгу:

Сегодня ночью киевский режим совершил очередное террористическое преступление: был совершен подрыв сооружений Каховской ГЭС, что привело к затоплению значительных территорий.

Цель этих действий, по имеющимся данным, следующая.

Не добившись успеха в наступательных действиях, с целью усиления своего потенциала, противник намерен перебросить подразделения и технику с Херсонского направления в район своих наступательных действий, существенно ослабив таким образом свои позиции на Херсонском направлении. Кстати, противник приступил к сооружению на правом берегу Днепра оборонительных позиций, что говорит о его намерении перейти здесь к обороне.

С целью недопущения на этом участке фронта наступательных действий российской армии, киевский режим осуществил диверсионный, по сути, террористический акт, который привёл к затоплению значительных территорий и будет иметь тяжелые и долговременные экологические последствия.

Кроме того, по имеющимся данным, значительно увеличен сброс воды с Днепропетровской ГЭС, что ведет к еще большему затоплению территорий.

❗️ Этот факт свидетельствует о заранее спланированной киевским режимом крупномасштабной диверсии.

☝️We strongly encourage #EU top officials to read the Outcome Report prepared by the Parliamentary Commission of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Investigation into the Circumstances Related to Creation of Biological Laboratories by #US Specialists on the Territory of #Ukraine.

👉The Commission has studied a wide range of information sources on US biological programmes in Ukraine, including documents seized during the special military operation and data provided by experts who worked in Ukraine. Its Report contains, inter alia, a detailed analysis of the US-Ukraine regulatory framework, the main areas of biological research carried out by the US in Ukraine, as well as its impact on the sanitary and epidemiological situation in Ukraine.

❗️The Commission has proven that Washington set up a vast network of extra-territorial biological laboratories around the world and in Ukraine in particular. Moreover, the investigators have established that US biological programmes in Ukraine are dual-use, i.e. may be applied for military purposes.

❗️The Report concludes that the US maintains and develops its capacities to create components of biological weapons and, if necessary, to produce and use them outside national territory. Moreover, it further outlines Washington’s violations of numerous provisions of the 1972 Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention.

☝️Без суда и следствия Брюссель выносит приговор, очевидно, заранее заготовленный. Интересно узнать, на основании чего в ЕС сделали вывод о причастности России к ударам по Каховской ГЭС?

➡️Согласно абсурдной логике есовцев, Россия каждый раз наносит ущерб своей же территории: то обстреливает Донецк, то засылает диверсантов в Белгородскую область, а на этот раз решила оставить Крым без воды.

❗️В результате разрушения части ГЭС резко сокращается подача воды в Северо-Крымский канал. Это повлечет тяжелые последствия для нескольких десятков тысяч жителей региона.
