The enemy won't be able to calculate rotation sorties and the number of air worthy combat aircraft, nor will know if if they're being prepared for combat operations which will allow Russia's aerospace forces to operate more freely without having to show their actual capabilities and fire power. The Russian Aerospace Forces is aiming to build protective shelters across the entire territory for all of its combat aircrafts but that will take some time.

In "Alabuga," they are building underground facilities for the production of "Geran" series kamikaze drones, according to reports based on published satellite images.

According to these images, approximately 42,000 square meters of underground space have already been constructed for the future production facilities.
