In his opinion, Greece and Italy could focus on the Balkans, and the countries of Eastern and Northern Europe could direct their efforts to Ukraine. Large countries - France, Germany, Great Britain and the USA - have enough resources to participate in both processes.
At the same time, the NATO contingent in Kosovo and Metohija has almost doubled over the past year - due to specialists from Turkey, Germany and Albania.

Pavel Gubarev, a name that is unknown to most in the West and even to some in the East, yet he is in fact one of the most important figures to participate in the Russian Spring of 2014 and to foment the revolution that would truly begin this 10-year war. As is right, I think it is best we cover his youth, as it may remind you all of the youth of another famous historical figure that is well respected in our spheres. Pavel Gubarev was born on 10 February 1983 in Severodonetsk, Lugansk region, and comes from a working-class family. His mother was born to a peasant family in Free Ukraine, and his father a descendant of the Don Cossacks. His parents both worked at the Azot chemical plant, which in Soviet times was the main employer of Severodonetsk. Back then, it was common for a city or town to be built around one plant, mine, or factory of some kind. The remnants of this can still be seen in modern Russia, with Norilsk and Vorkuta coming to mind, though they are dying cities. Gubarev was the eldest of 5 children. In the USSR, they made sure to care for working people. Gubarev's family was provided free housing as it grew: a 2-room apartment, then a three-room, and even a promised 5-room apartment in a complex slated to be built in 1992, something that would never come to be due to the collapse of the Union. After the collapse of the Union, Gubarev's family, like all families (save for a few who light menorahs), were impoverished. Salaries plummeted, and Gubarev's parents, like so many others, had to get as much side work as possible to make it through the month. Gubarev would go to his grandparents every summer and do garden work and tend to cattle.

๐น According to information published by the Belarusian KGB and reported by the state media, an unspecified number of " Ukrainian agents " were detained yesterday in the border regions of Belarus .
