بشأن الموافقة على أساسيات سياسة الدولة
للحفاظ على القيم الروحية ـ الأخلاقية التقليدية لروسيا وتعزيزها

هذه الأساسيات هي وثيقة تخطيط استراتيجي في مجال ضمان الأمن القومي لروسيا الاتحادية، الذي يحدد نظام أهداف ومهام وأدوات تنفيذ الأولوية الوطنية الاستراتيجية "حماية القيم الروحية ـ الأخلاقية التقليدية والثقافة والذاكرة التاريخية " بالجزء المتعلق بحماية القيم الروحية ـ الأخلاقية الروسية التقليدية (يشار إليها فيما بعد بالقيم التقليدية).

القيم التقليدية هي توجيهية أخلاقية التي تصوغ عقائد المواطنين الروس، والتي تنتقل من جيل إلى جيل، وتؤسس الهوية المدنية والفضاء الثقافي للبلاد، والتي تعزز الوحدة المدنية، التي أظهرت فرادتها وأصالتها من خلال التطور الروحي والتاريخي والثقافي لشعب روسيا متعدد الجنسيات.

تعتبر روسيا الاتحادية القيم التقليدية أساس المجتمع الروسي، التي تتيح حماية وتعزيز سيادة روسيا، وضمان وحدة بلدنا المتعدد الجنسيات والأديان، وتقوم بالمحافظة على شعب روسيا، وتنمية قدرات الإنسان.

‏❗️أكد المتحدث باسم الرئيس الروسي دميتري بيسكوف، أن روسيا لن تقبل سقف السعر المتفق عليه للنفط الروسي.

🗨وقال: نحن نحلل الموقف الآن. تم إجراء بعض التحضيرات لمثل هذا القرار. لن نقبل هذا السقف، لكننا سنبلغكم كيف سيتم تنظيم العمل لاحقا، والخطوات التي سيتم اتخاذها بسرعة.

🇷🇺🙌 من خلال جهود روسيا الاتحادية تم إطلاق سراح المواطن الروسي الحقيقي والضابط السوفيتي السابق فيكتور بوت الذي احتجزته السلطات الأمريكية في الحبس الانفرادي بتهم باطلة لمدة 14 عاما. وهو أصبح ضحية تعسف الأمريكيين مثل السجناء العرب والأفغان في سجون أبو غريب وباغرام وغوانتانامو.

🇷🇺🙌 Усилиями России из американских застенков освобождён настоящий российский патриот, бывший советский офицер Виктор Анатольевич Бут, который 14 лет удерживался властями США в одиночном заключении по ложному обвинению. Он стал такой же жертвой произвола американцев, как арабские и афганские узники тюрем в Абу-Грейбе, Баграме и Гуантанамо.

💬 I am delighted to welcome defence ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and CIS member states to Moscow.

☝️ I think this meeting is timely and very significant. Cooperation as part of the SCO and the CIS enables us to attain a wide range of objectives, primarily having to do with protecting our countries from external threats and ensuring global and regional stability while relying on mutual respect and consideration of each other's interests.

This is especially important today as new drastic challenges are emerging, and major geopolitical shifts are taking place.

❗️ I am convinced that the nature and scale of today's threats raise the requirements concerning cooperation between our defence agencies. It is imperative to work in cooperation and build a more flexible and sustainable security and cooperation system that can handle the current challenges.

Joint peacekeeping missions have become exceptionally important as well. It is crucial to further improve the peacekeeping units’ operational capabilities and to keep them involved in #UN peace-keeping efforts.

🤝 I am sure that close partnership in the defence sphere will raise our countries’ standing and influence, contribute to strengthening security and stability in Eurasia and the world as a whole and, without a doubt, will promote the traditions of friendship and trust between our countries and peoples.
