استقبل الممثل الخاص لرئيس روسيا الاتحادية إلى الشرق الأوسط وبلدان أفريقيا، نائب وزير الخارجية الروسية ميخائيل #بوغدانوف سفير جمهورية العراق عبد الرحمن الحسيني بمناسبة انتهاء مهمته في روسيا الاتحادية.

وجرى في سياق المحادثة مناقشة مجموعة قضايا التطوير اللاحق للعلاقات الودية التقليدية بين روسيا والعراق. وفي الوقت نفسه، تم تأكيد التوجه الثابت لموسكو وبغداد في الحفاظ على حوار سياسي نشط بصدد قضايا الشرق الأوسط والقضايا الدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

ومنحت وزارة خارجية روسيا الاتحادية عبد الرحمن الحسيني وسام "التفاعل"، لمساهمته الكبيرة في تعزيز العلاقات الروسية العراقية.

✅ On November 4, the Third Committee at the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York adopted the resolution on “Combating glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and other practices that contribute to fuelling contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance,” which was introduced by the Russian Federation.

❗️The resolution was coauthored by another 31 nations. 105 states voted in favour of the resolution, 52 delegations opposed it, and 15 countries abstained.

The resolution once again condemned glorification of the Nazi movement and the whitewashing of former members of the SS organisation. Deep concern was expressed about an ongoing war in some countries against monuments erected in remembrance of liberator soldiers and those who fought against Nazism and fascism. At the same time, deep indignation was expressed over marches to glorify Nazis and their proxies.

This year, the adoption of this important document was marred by Western countries’ open attempts to politicise the matter and settle accounts with Russia against the backdrop of the ongoing Ukraine crisis.

⚠️ This time, the “collective West,” specifically the EU countries, where all the above-mentioned violations occur on a systematic basis, have cast aside the last attempts to cover up their refusal to support the resolution by absurd references to freedom of speech and assembly, and voted against the international effort to combat aggressive manifestations of racism and xenophobia.

The positions of Germany and Japan are a matter of special concern.

❗️ The voting results have demonstrated the unfaltering support of the international community for the traditional Russian initiative, which is submitted to the UNGA annually.

⚡️ In connection with the Defence Ministry’s reports about the United Kingdom’s involvement in the October 29 terrorist attack against the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, British Ambassador to Russia Deborah Bronnert was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry on November 3.

A strong protest in connection with the British military specialists’ active participation in training and providing supplies to the units of the Ukrainian special operations forces, including with the goal of conducting acts of sabotage at sea, were expressed to the Ambassador. Concrete facts of that kind of activities by London were provided.

⚠️ The demarche emphasised that such confrontational actions by the British pose the threat of an escalation and can lead to unpredictable and dangerous consequences.

It was pointed out that such hostile provocations were unacceptable and a demand was put forward to stop them immediately. Should these acts of aggression that are fraught with direct implication in the conflict continue, the responsibility for their harmful consequences and the mounting tensions in relations between our countries will lie entirely with the British side.

⚡️🦠 Опубликовано и уже вступило в силу постановление Главного Государственного санитарного врача Российской Федерации от 17.10.2022 г. N 22 «О внесении изменений в постановление Главного Государственного санитарного врача Российской Федерации от 18.03.2020 г. N 7 «Об обеспечении режима изоляции в целях предотвращения распространения COVID-19».

Согласно постановлению отменено требование о предъявлении иностранцами, следующими в Российскую Федерацию, отрицательного результата ПЦР-теста при посадке в самолет и при пересечении Госграницы.

Для россиян, возвращающихся в страну, отменено требование о прохождении в течение трех календарных дней по прибытии ПЦР-тестирования и о соблюдении режима изоляции до получения его результатов.

Таким образом, все прибывающие с 21 октября с.г. в Российскую Федерацию лица (вне зависимости от вида транспорта) освобождены от обязанности прохождения лабораторного исследования на COVID-19.

При этом для всех прибывающих в Россию лиц сохраняется необходимость заполнить анкету, размещенную на сайте Роспотребнадзора.
