❗️According to reliable information, the Kiev regime is preparing another monstrous provocation, similar to the one in Kramatorsk, to accuse Russian servicemen of so-called war crimes with massacres of civilians.

▫️To this end, battalion of the 19th Separate Missile Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will soon launch a Tochka-U attack on an area of refugees concentration at the railway station in Lozovaya.

▫️The missiles will be launched from Staromikhailovka direction to simulate a strike from the territory allegedly controlled by the Russian Armed Forces and Donetsk People's Republic formations.

▫️Such actions by Ukrainian authorities once again demonstrate an inhuman attitude towards the fate of its own citizens and show a complete disregard for all norms of morality and international humanitarian law.

❗️We stress in particular that Tochka-U tactical missiles are only used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

▫️Taking the above into account, we warn the countries of the so-called "civilised West" led by the US in advance that the Russian Federation has an evidence base of another terrible crime being prepared by the Kiev regime.

🕯 The Berlin offensive operation lasted from April 16 through May 8, 1945, with Soviet forces capturing about 480,000 enemy officers and soldiers, as well as 1,550 tanks, 8,600 artillery systems and 4,150 aircraft. The Red Army lost 274,184 officers and soldiers, including 78,292 killed and missing in action.

🎖 187 military units and elements received the honorary names Berlin for their soldiers’ bravery, heroism and impressive military professionalism displayed during the operation. On June 9, 1945, the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR issued a decree instituting the Medal for the Capture of Berlin. About 1,082,000 Soviet soldiers received this decoration.

▫️The leadership of the Russian Federation once again confirms the previously opened and permanently operating for the 36th day (from March 21, 2022) round-the-clock humanitarian corridor from Azovstal metallurgical plant for the evacuation of civilians (workers, women and children), whose alleged presence in the underground structures of the plant is publicly announced by the Kiev authorities.

▫️At the same time, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the formations of the Donetsk People's Republic from 14:00 (Moscow time) on April 25, 2022 unilaterally cease any hostilities, units are withdrawn to a safe distance and ensure the withdrawal of the specified category of citizens in any directions they choose.

▫️The actual readiness of the Ukrainian side to launch a humanitarian operation is indicated by raising white flags around the perimeter or in certain directions of Azovstal.

▫️The Russian Federation publicly and officially declares that there are no obstacles to the exit of civilians from Azovstal, except for the principled decision of the Kiev authorities themselves and the commanders of nationalist formations to continue to hold civilians as a "human shield".
