💬 Договор <...> в полной мере обеспечивает правовые рамки для поступательного развития российско-казахстанских отношений на обозримую историческую перспективу.
Благодаря выполнению ключевых положений Договора сформирована модель продвинутых межгосударственных отношений, отвечающих интересам двух стран и их народов и играющих важную роль в обеспечении международной и региональной безопасности.
Курс на укрепление двусторонних отношений <...> создаёт для обоих государств важные преимущества, способствующие формированию благоприятных условий для безопасности и устойчивого развития Российской Федерации и Республики Казахстан, повышению благосостояния и качества жизни их граждан.

💬 The war that the West has unleashed against us with Ukraine’s hands and bodies is a hybrid war in which unilateral restrictions or sanctions are allotted a special role. The number of anti-Russia sanctions is over an unprecedented 17,000. The goals are not hidden – to undermine the Russian economy, compel our political leadership to give up its independent foreign policy line, and set the people against the authorities. These goals are openly declared.
When problems of unilateral restrictions are discussed generally, the West always vows that its policy does not target sanctions against civilians. This is a lie. They are doing exactly the opposite. They want to provoke riots and incite the people against the authorities. The West pursues similar policies in many countries. The ambassadors and other diplomats that are here certainly know such examples in their own countries.
• The US is ruining its European vassals while its military-industrial sector makes more money. It has been imposing its expensive LNG on the EU.
• The declared boycott of Russian energy sources, the unilateral sanctions and anti-market measures, such as the notorious price cap, dealt a heavy blow to global energy security.
❗️ The West has decided to destroy the global economy in order to teach Russia a lesson and to prevent it from playing a role on the international stage that is commensurate with its history, size, and capabilities.
⚠️ We still fail to get a clear answer as to who is investigating this act of terrorism against Nord Stream and how. More than a year has passed since then but neither Germany, nor Norway, nor Sweden that are investigating this at the national level, can tell us anything clear and sensible.

⚡️Комментарий Постпредства относительно принятия Европарламентом резолюции «Об эффективности антироссийских санкций ЕС»
💬 При прочтении принятой 9 ноября 2023 г. очередной антироссийской резолюции, уверены, не только у нас складывается впечатление, что у Евросоюза в плане оказания на Россию санкционного давления, мягко говоря, что-то пошло не так. Даже начался поиск виноватых. Судя по тексту, они могут быть в Совете ЕС и в Еврокомиссии, которых Европарламент призвал «повысить профессионализм» на поприще введения рестрикций. Правда, это ничуть не помешало проголосовавшим в поддержку резолюции тут же накидать порцию «свежих» санкционных идей.
⚠️ Странно было увидеть содержащиеся в европарламентском опусе ссылки на Устав ООН - при том понимании, что односторонние есовские рестрикции в отношении нашей страны по определению нелегитимны и противоречат основополагающему документу всемирной организации.
Очевидно, европейских «народных избранников» ничуть не смущает тот факт, что по всему тексту разбросаны по сути призывы к вмешательству во внутренние дела третьих стран. Вряд ли можно трактовать иначе требования к торгово-экономическим партнерам России прекратить взаимодействие с нами.
❗️Неудивительно, что в резолюции не нашлось места для вывода, который не очевиден одному лишь Брюсселю: антироссийские санкции спровоцировали целый ряд глобальных кризисов, негативные последствия которых ощущаются по всему миру, включая государства-члены Евросоюза.

💬 It is important that representatives of more than 30 regions of Russia and Kazakhstan − government officials, lawmakers, representatives of ministries and agencies, businesses, academic community and civil society − have gathered in Kostanay for this event. These are the people who deal with the practical aspects of developing the entire scope of our relations in their work on a daily basis, be it in politics, the economy or humanitarian affairs.
It is largely thanks to your energetic and proactive efforts that cooperation between our countries’ regions continues to develop, involving new participants and becoming more practical.
🤝 76 Russian regions have established direct partner ties with regions in Kazakhstan.
🤝 It is also important that interregional visits have become regular.
🤝 We continue to develop and enlarge the substantive legal framework of regional cooperation, which comprises, in particular, over 60 agreements between our countries’ regional governments.
☝️ It is a good example of the successful development of Russia-Kazakhstan economic ties.

🤝 В мероприятии приняли участие сенаторы РФ, представители министерств и ведомств, евразийских интеграционных структур, российских государственных компаний.
📃 Основной доклад представил член Коллегии по интеграции и макроэкономике Евразийской экономической комиссии Сергей Глазьев.
От МИД России в мероприятии принял участие директор Первого департамента стран СНГ М.В.Агасандян.
🌐 В своем выступлении он остановился на вопросах развития международных контактов ЕАЭС.
Участники круглого стола также оценили ход реализации действующих Стратегических направлений развития евразийской экономической интеграции до 2025 г., проанализировали подготовку новых документов долгосрочного планирования, которые должны содержать основные векторы интеграционного взаимодействия на период до 2030 и 2045 гг.

❗Вновь вынуждены отреагировать на события в Эстонии, заслуживающие самого решительного порицания со стороны мирового сообщества.
🇪🇪 В республике не прекращаются попытки глумления над памятью о советских воинах. Местные гробокопатели, по всей стране охотящиеся за могилами героев-освободителей, добрались и до таллинского Военного кладбища.
▪️Анонсирована очередная кощунственная затея – «перезахоронение» останков 18 советских военнослужащих на Военном кладбище в Таллине под предлогом «расчистки прохода» к монументу кавалерам Креста Свободы.
🇷🇺 Посольство решительно осуждает готовящуюся акцию и расценивает ее как акт государственного вандализма. Вызывает сожаление и возмущение, что в обществе, причисляющем себя к «цивилизованному миру», продолжается бессовестная и бесславная война с могилами. Ничего, кроме презрения и порицания подобные выходки не заслуживают.

🔹Об этом заявил начальник отдела Департамента промышленной политики ЕЭК Павел Алферов на круглом столе в Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания РФ.
🔹Представитель Комиссии рассказал о реализации инициативы глав государств ЕАЭС по созданию механизма финансового содействия развитию промышленной кооперации, а также о разработке соответствующих документов в рамках этой инициативы.
❗️26 октября Евразийский межправительственный совет утвердил Положение об отборе совместных кооперационных проектов в отраслях промышленности и оказании финансового содействия при их реализации государствами Евразийского экономического союза.
💰Механизм предполагает субсидирование части процентной ставки по кредиту в размере ключевой ставки национальной валюты, в которой происходит финансирование проекта.
