💬 In connection with the incident on the Crimean Bridge, a criminal case of a terrorist attack has been opened
Upon the fact of damage to the Crimean Bridge, the Main Investigative Directorate the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Article 205 of the Russian Criminal Code (terrorist act).
According to the investigation, on the night of July 16-17, as a result of a terrorist act committed by the special services of Ukraine, one of the sections of the Crimean Bridge was damaged. Two civilians were killed (a man and a woman travelling in a car on the bridge), their minor daughter was injured.
As part of the criminal case, the necessary examinations have been appointed. The investigation is identifying persons from among the Ukrainian special services and armed formations involved in the organization and execution of this crime.

В ночь на 17 июля Крымский мост подвергся очередной террористической атаке с использованием двух украинских надводных беспилотных аппаратов. Повреждение получила одна из секций дорожного полотна.
Погибли мирные граждане - Алексей и Наталья Кулик, жители Новооскольского городского округа Белгородской области, следовавшие по мосту на легковом автомобиле. Их 14-летняя дочь Ангелина осталась сиротой и была госпитализирована в состоянии средней степени тяжести.
В Киеве заявили, что произошедшее стало результатом совместной операции Военно-морских сил и Службы безопасности Украины. Это подтверждает причастность к теракту политического руководства и спецслужб страны. Еще более циничной и чудовищной была реакция ряда украинских парламентариев на трагедию семьи Кулик. Они стали глумиться над людским горем, что позволяет сделать выводы об уровне нравственного и психического развития киевских политиков.
По факту совершения теракта возбуждено уголовное дело, в рамках которого проводятся необходимые следственные мероприятия. Уверены, что виновные будут установлены и не уйдут от правосудия. Если будет выявлено западное происхождение надводных беспилотных аппаратов, атаковавших мост, а также роль стран Запада в планировании, спонсорстве и осуществлении этой операции, то это подтвердит их соучастие в террористической деятельности киевского режима.
❗️ МИД России решительно осуждает террористическую атаку против Крымского моста, который является сугубо гражданским объектом. Рассчитываем, что международное сообщество и профильные многосторонние структуры проявят принципиальность и дадут надлежащую оценку очередному преступлению украинских властей.
Повреждения дорожного полотна Крымского моста, полученные в результате теракта, будут устранены в кратчайшие сроки. Все попытки нарушить транспортное сообщение с полуостровом и оторвать Крым от остальной части России являются заведомо невыполнимыми.

Почти год назад, 22 июля 2022 года, в Стамбуле были подписаны два взаимоувязанных соглашения – «черноморская инициатива» по вывозу украинского продовольствия и российского аммиака и Меморандум Россия-ООН по нормализации российского экспорта сельхозпродукции и удобрений.
Год спустя итоги работы по реализации указанных договорённостей выглядят неутешительно.
«Черноморская инициатива» была запущена буквально через неделю после подписания. Однако вразрез с заявленными гуманитарными целями вывоз украинского продовольствия был практически сразу переведён на сугубо коммерческую основу и до последнего момента был направлен на обслуживание узкокорыстных интересов Киева и его западных кураторов.
Что касается Меморандума Россия-ООН, то он на деле так и не заработал. В Вашингтоне, Брюсселе и Лондоне продолжили «штамповать» свои рестрикции. <...> В результате российские банковские платежи, страхование и транспортная логистика, поставки запчастей и зарубежные активы оказались полностью заблокированными.
Вынуждены констатировать, что из пяти предусмотренных Меморандумом Россия-ООН системных задач не выполнено ни одной.
❗️ В этих условиях откровенного саботажа в реализации Стамбульских соглашений продолжение не оправдавшей своего гуманитарного предназначения «черноморской инициативы» теряет смысл.
👉 В соответствии с пунктом Н договорённости российская сторона возражает против её дальнейшего продления <...>. Это означает:
• отзыв гарантий безопасности судоходства,
• сворачивание морского гуманитарного коридора,
• восстановление режима временно опасного района в северо-западной акватории Чёрного моря,
• расформирование СКЦ в Стамбуле.
Без участия России «черноморская инициатива» прекращает своё функционирование с 18 июля.
☝️ Только при получении конкретных результатов, а не обещаний и заверений, Россия будет готова рассмотреть восстановление «сделки».

🇧🇾 The official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus has published the English version of the regular report The Most Resonant Human Rights Violations in Certain Countries.
The report is a logical continuation of the work of the allied foreign ministry in covering systemic problems in the human rights sphere that have taken root in the countries of the "collective West."
It is based on information from the universal periodic review reports of the United Nations Human Rights Council, conclusions of its special procedures and other international human rights bodies and agencies, as well as data from regional and national NGOs and media.
📄 This document was presented to the international community simultaneously with the Russian Foreign Ministry's report on the human rights situation in individual countries, on June 22, on the sidelines of the 53rd session of the UN Human Rights Council during the panel discussion dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the importance of states' compliance with their international legal obligations in this area.
☝️ The aim of both studies is not to label or make unsubstantiated accusations against the countries in question, but to analyse impartially the human rights situation in those states that claim to be flagships in the development of democracy and the rule of law.
🤝 We welcome the active work of our partners in this area and plan to unite the efforts of the Russian and Belarusian ministries in the near future in order to pursue a common line of action by the Union State of Russia and Belarus to promote a non-confrontational approach to human rights issues in the international arena and to develop a mutually respectful dialogue between countries on these issues.

🇺🇸 The human rights situation in the United States is far from international standards for the protection of fundamental freedoms.
The US continues to flagrantly violate human rights within its borders as well as abroad by, for instance, imposing unlawful unilateral coercive measures (sanctions), the most glaring example of which is its economic blockade of Cuba for more than a decade.
It is also important to mention blatant violations of the international humanitarian law committed by US authorities in third nations. Under the "traditional" pretext of the need to combat terrorism, Washington has continued to indiscriminately use military force. As a result, the casualties among civilians have increased.
☝️ The US actively uses the human rights rhetoric to justify interference in the internal affairs of sovereign nations and impose illegal sanctions against them. It has become common practice for the US State Department to release biased reports on the state of human rights in Russia and other undesirable countries, which are used to validate pressure on them.
Washington applies the principle of the extraterritoriality of the US justice and uses it to prey on citizens of sovereign States in flagrant violation of their national legislation.
The Americans are hunting not only Russians, but also citizens of other countries, who are often held without trial in CIA "secret prisons", where they are tortured and humiliated.
Immigrants and inmates, including minors, face constant repression of freedoms in the US. Journalists do not feel safe and become victims of attacks. Citizens' dissatisfaction with voting rights violations has only deepened the divisions in the American society. Alternative opinions have become increasingly censored in social media.
🤦 Despite all the above facts, the US continues to declare itself a global leader in human rights protection. However, Washington is in no hurry to expand its international legal commitments in this area.

Almost a year ago, on July 22, 2022, two interrelated agreements were signed in Istanbul, namely, the Black Sea Initiative on Ukrainian food and Russian ammonia exports and the Memorandum of Understanding between the Russian Federation and the Secretariat of the United Nations on promoting Russian food products and fertilisers to the world markets.
A year later now, progress on implementing these agreements has been disappointing.
The Black Sea Initiative was launched just a week after it was signed. However, contrary to the purported humanitarian objectives, the Ukrainian food exports were almost immediately transacted on a purely commercial basis and, until the last moment, were used to serve Kiev and its Western curators’ self-serving interests.
The Russia-UN Memorandum has never really worked. The Americans and the British are keeping pace as they impose extraterritorial restrictions. As a result, Russian bank payments, insurance and transport logistics, as well as spare parts supplies and foreign assets have been completely blocked.
We are forced to state that none of the five systematic objectives stipulated in the Russia-UN Memorandum has been accomplished.
❗️ The blatant sabotage of the Istanbul agreements defeats the purpose of continuing the Black Sea Initiative which did not live up to its humanitarian rationale.
👉 In accordance with paragraph H of the agreement, Russia objects to an extension <...> This means:
• revoking safe navigation guarantees,
• curtailing the maritime humanitarian corridor,
• resuming the status of a temporarily dangerous area in the northwestern Black Sea,
• disbanding the JCC in Istanbul.
Without Russia, the Black Sea Initiative will cease to operate as of July 18.
☝️ Once concrete results rather than promises and assurances are in place, Russia will be ready to consider resuming the deal.

🇷🇺🇦🇲🇧🇾🇰🇿🇰🇬 Государства-члены ЕАЭС самостоятельно разрабатывают, формируют и реализуют национальные промышленные политики, а также определяют способы, формы и направления предоставления промышленных субсидий, не противоречащие статье 93 Договора о Евразийском экономическом союзе.
📖 Промышленная политика в рамках Союза формируется государствами-членами по основным направлениям промышленного сотрудничества (ОНПС) и осуществляется при поддержке и координации Комиссии.
❗В настоящий момент действуют ОНПС до 2025 г., утвержденные в 2021 г.
📌 Цели промышленной политики в рамках Союза:
🔸ускорение и повышение устойчивости промышленного развития,
🔸повышение конкурентоспособности промышленных комплексов государств-членов,
🔸 устранение барьеров в промышленной сфере и др.

▫️ Соответственно, страны флага таких судов будут считаться вовлеченными в украинский конфликт на стороне киевского режима.
▫️ Кроме того, ряд морских районов в северо-западной и юго-восточной частях международных вод Черного моря объявлены временно опасными для судоходства. Соответствующие информационные предупреждения об отзыве гарантий безопасности мореплавателям изданы в установленном порядке.

⚡️ In connection with the cessation of the functioning of the Black Sea Grain Initiative and the сlosing of the maritime humanitarian corridor, from 00.00 Moscow time on 20 July 2023, all vessels sailing in the waters of the Black Sea to Ukrainian ports will be regarded as potential carriers of military cargo.
▫️ Accordingly, the countries of such vessels will be considered to be involved in the Ukrainian conflict on the side of the Kiev regime.
▫️ In addition, a number of sea areas in the north-western and south-eastern parts of the international waters of the Black Sea have been declared temporarily dangerous for navigation. Corresponding information warnings on the withdrawal of safety guarantees to mariners have been issued in accordance with the established procedure.

▫️ Accordingly, the countries of such vessels will be considered to be involved in the Ukrainian conflict on the side of the Kiev regime.

🇷🇺 Russia is interested in developing pragmatic relations with Kabul. We continue to provide humanitarian assistance to Afghan people.Together with our regional partners in SCO and CSTO, we are working on developing a common approach to the situation in Afghanistan

📌 Видим широкую проектную деятельность полевых присутствий ОБСЕ в Центральной Азии по противодействию угрозам, исходящим из Афганистана. Это важная работа. Однако недопустимо, чтобы западные страны перекладывали на государства ЦА решение созданных ими проблем

🇬🇧 The UK has positioned itself as a benchmark in the promotion and protection of human rights in seeking to mask the significant problems that exist in this area.
London largely prefers to ignore the painful issue of neo-Nazi groups being active in the country. Although they are mostly marginal and focus on online activities, there is a growing trend towards the popularity of far-right ideology, especially among young people. The latter was recognized to be a serious terrorist threat.
At the same time as extreme right-wing attitudes are becoming increasingly widespread in the population, the rights of ethnic minorities are becoming a pressing issue in the country. People of African and Asian descent, Roma and other ethnic communities continued to face exclusion and were subject to negative stereotypes and stigmatisation in the media.
Racial inequality in the UK is "systemic" and the authorities' measures essentially fail to address the true social and economic causes of the alarming situation. Non-White Britons continue to be "disproportionately targeted throughout the criminal justice system". <...>
✍️ The destiny of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange remains a high-profile case in the context of the violation of the human right to freedom of opinion and expression. The political implications behind the ongoing criminal proceedings against him are obvious. There remains a serious risk of gross violations of his rights should he be extradited to the US. <...>
The UK Ministry of Defence's policy of "exonerating" British servicemen who may have been involved in committing crimes while fighting in other countries continues. In April 2021, the Overseas Operations Act came into force, aimed at protecting servicemen from prosecution for crimes committed during overseas campaigns.
☝️ The failure of the UK authorities to conduct independent investigations into torture during the military campaigns in Afghanistan and Iraq has been the subject of repeated criticism by international human rights bodies.

⚠️ Gross violations of rights of believers, outrages against monks and shrines of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra are contrary to Ukraine's international obligations. We call on the OSCE relevant structures to finally respond to these lawlessness actions

💬 Киевский режим продолжает практику преступного террора.
В результате артиллерийского удара кассетными боеприпасами со стороны укронацистов по группе журналистов МИЦ «Известия» и информационного агентства РИА «Новости» сегодня прервалась жизнь журналиста Ростислава Журавлёва. Ещё три его коллеги, получившие осколочные ранения, в состоянии средней степени тяжести были доставлены в полевые медицинские учреждения Минобороны России. Им оказывается необходимая медицинская помощь.
❗️ Все указывает на то, что атака на журналистскую группу была осуществлена не случайно: корреспонденты собирали материалы для репортажа об обстрелах боевиками киевского режима населенных пунктов Запорожской области запрещенными во многих странах мира кассетными боеприпасами.
Теми, которые поставляют Киеву США. Вашингтон, а вместе с ним и Лондон с Парижем, снабжающие режим Зеленского ракетами дальнего радиуса действия, лишь на словах выражают обеспокоенность безопасностью журналистов, на деле же являются спонсорами террористов.
Не имеем никаких иллюзий в отношении того, что профильные международные структуры предпочтут, как и прежде в подобных случаях, закрыть глаза на это гнусное преступление, что, по сути, делает их соучастниками террористического беспредела Киева.
☝️ Виновные в жестокой расправе над российским журналистом неминуемо понесут заслуженное наказание. Всю меру ответственности разделят и те, кто поставлял своим киевским протеже кассетные боеприпасы.
