💬 Сегодня мы услышали написанные как под копирку заявления, штампы и лозунги, представляющие собой сознательное, преднамеренное искажение и позиции Российской Федерации, и той событийной канвы, которая предшествовала нашей сегодняшней встрече.
❗️ Это очередной пример политики коллективной дезинформации, которой занимаются страны НАТО и Евросоюза на нынешнем очень сложном отрезке международных отношений.
Упрёки в том, что Россия якобы не выполняет свои обязательства, либо делает это не в полном объёме, полностью лишены каких бы то ни было оснований.

🎙 Statement by the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on insulting the religious feelings of Muslims in Sweden
❗️ Members of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation join all Muslims around the world in stating their indignation over the decision by the Swedish authorities to authorise a protest on June 28, 2023, the day of the Eid al-Adha holiday, near the central mosque in Stockholm where a copy of the Quran (Koran), the holy book of Muslims, was set on fire.
The Swedish authorities authorised the protest, knowing in advance that a crime would be committed with the aim of offending the religious feelings of millions of believers around the world and inciting inter-ethnic strife and hatred. Actions of this kind shatter peace and security at their very foundation and undermine good relations among nations and countries, while laying the groundwork for extremist acts and constituting a gross violation of the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter.
Members of the State Duma firmly condemn this new immoral act approved by the Swedish authorities and call on them to take measures in order to prevent violations of the rights of Muslims or blasphemy. Desecrating practices have nothing to do with freedom of expression or religion or democratic principles.
Members of the State Duma stand for defending religious rights and believe that respecting the holy books of the leading world religions as objects of spiritual value and an integral part of the cultural and historical heritage of these religions is one of the hallmarks of a civilised society.

💬 События в мире развиваются стремительно и по разным векторам. Чем чаще мы встречаемся, тем полезнее и для вас с точки зрения информирования своих зрителей, читателей, слушателей о позиции Российской Федерации.
Главным является признание безальтернативности того принципа Устава, который гласит, что Организация Объединённых Наций основывается на суверенном равенстве государств. Этим принципом Запад всегда пренебрегал. Никогда, во всех своих действиях, он даже не задумывался о существовании такого требования Устава ООН.
Вашингтон с союзниками всё более откровенно и бесцеремонно стремится использовать секретариаты международных организаций, «протаскивает» в обход установленных процедур решения о создании таких «келейных» механизмов, подчинённых, по большому счёту, западным интересам.
Вторая не менее важная задача – привести состояние главных органов ООН в соответствии с современными реалиями. Имею в виду реформу Совета Безопасности, где Запад абсолютно непропорционально «перепредставлен». Из 15 членов «золотой миллиард» занимает 6 мест. Это нечестно, несправедливо. Будем добиваться как можно более скорого расширения членского состава Совета Безопасности ООН путём включения в него стран Азии, Африки и Латинской Америки.

Senators and deputies will hold the first meeting of the parliamentary commission to investigate the Ukrainian government’s activities. What’s your take on the importance of this investigation, and what efforts are Russian diplomats taking now and will take next to make sure the results of these investigations reach the rest of the world?
💬 Sergey Lavrov: The first initiative you mentioned – the investigation into the Pentagon’s biological programmes in Ukraine – was widely covered and attracted public attention. We presented this report at the UN and held a special Security Council meeting with China’s support. Other UNSC members from developing regions showed serious concern and mentioned it, to varying degrees, in their statements. This issue is not closed yet.
The Russian Defence Ministry continues to provide the international community with materials that raise serious questions and lead us to believe that the Pentagon has been developing what is commonly referred to as biological weapons in laboratories in Ukraine.
With regard to the second recently announced parliamentary study, it will be led by Deputy Federation Council Speaker Anna Kuznetsova. Of course, we are worried about the children in conflict zones.
I can confirm that all the children currently residing in Russian territory are known, and no one is hiding their names or whereabouts. If these children have parents or close family, they have every right to take them home. This has been done many times: scores of children have returned to their relatives when they turned up.
❗️ Since the Europeans are dealing with the children who are being allegedly forcibly held in Russia, they would benefit from seeing what is happening to Ukrainian children in Europe.

Together, our countries continue to overcome serious difficulties and defend their interests on the international scene. They collaborate closely in the field of military and military-technical cooperation and in ensuring collective security.
Moscow and Minsk jointly streamline various institutions of the Union State and promote integration projects in the Eurasian region. Our countries voice common or similar positions on many international issues and cooperate closely in the #CSTO, the #EAEU, the #CIS, the #UN, the #OSCE and other international and regional organisations.

В китайском Чунцине состоялся Первый форум высокого уровня по выстраиванию трансъевразийского сотрудничества, цепочкам поставок в новом международном сухопутно-морском коридоре и выставке экспедирования грузов.
🇨🇳 В рамках него была отмечена положительная динамика взаимоотношений между странами ЕАЭС и КНР.
📃 Плодотворное взаимодействие ЕАЭС с КНР развивается в рамках Соглашения о торгово-экономическом сотрудничестве и Плана первоочередных мероприятий по цифровизации грузовых железнодорожных перевозок.
На площадке форума было также организовано пленарное заседание «Один пояс – Один путь и Большое Евразийское пространство: новые горизонты интеграции», где обсуждены вопросы в сфере транспорта и логистики с участием представителей государственных организаций, железнодорожных и информационных платформ, бизнес-структур и научного сообщества, профильных логистических компаний и др.

🔹 We regret that due to the efforts of some OSCE participating States, the information space, torn to pieces by censorship, has now become a battlefield, with journalists as soldiers on the information front

Исходя из массива данных, имеющихся в распоряжении российской стороны и в открытом доступе, можно сделать вывод о целенаправленной линии США на развязывание войны «по доверенности» и американское участие в качестве де-факто стороны конфликта для решения ключевой задачи нанести России «стратегическое поражение».
В рамках такого «разделения труда» неонацистский режим в Киеве исправно поставляет «пушечное мясо» в обмен на:
👉 беспрецедентные финансовые вливания, часть которых оседает в карманах В.Зеленского и его приближённых,
👉 поставки военной техники и вооружений, в том числе высокотехнологичных,
👉 передачу Пентагоном и натовскими структурами всего спектра разведданных,
👉 прямое командование и планирование натовцами операций ВСУ.
▪️ В целом с 24 февраля 2022 года администрация Дж.Байдена предоставила Киеву военно-техническую помощь на сумму более 40 млрд долл., американские инструкторы подготовили 13,6 тыс. военнослужащих ВСУ.
▪️ Для обеспечения вооружённых сил Украины информацией о составе группировок ВС России Вашингтон и его союзники активно используют средства космической и воздушной разведки. Орбитальная группировка включает в себя около 450 спутников.
▪️ Наряду с космическими системами для отслеживания обстановки интенсивно применяются разведывательные самолеты и БПЛА, ежесуточно совершающие вылеты с авиабаз в Великобритании, Германии, Греции, Италии, Румынии и Турции.
▪️ В настоящее время фиксируется присутствие на театре военных действий трёх американских ЧВК: Mozart Group, Sons of Liberty и Academi.
▪️ Согласно просочившейся в СМИ информации, командование специальных операций США непосредственно курирует работу подразделений Центра информационно-психологических операций ВСУ.
▪️ В свою очередь, киберкомандование Пентагона и Агентство по национальной безопасности осуществляют планирование и координируют кибератаки под флагом Украины на критическую информационную инфраструктуру России.

👉 supplies of full range of intelligence information by the Pentagon and NATO structures,
👉 direct commanding of operations by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
▪️ In general, since February 24, 2022, the Biden administration has provided Kiev with more than $40 billion in military tecnical assistance, US instructors have trained 13,600 Ukrainian servicemen.
▪️Washington and its allies widely use space and aerial reconnaissance assets to provide the Ukrainian Armed Forces with information about the Russian Armed Forces. The orbital constellation includes about 450 satellites.
▪️ In addition to space systems, reconnaissance aircraft and UAVs, which perform daily flights from air bases in Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Italy, Romania and Türkiye, are widely used to monitor the situation.
▪️ At present, there are three American private military companies in the theatre of hostilities: the Mozart Group, the Sons of Liberty and Academi.
▪️ According to leaks in the media, the US Special Operations Command supervises the work of the centres of information and psychological operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
▪️In turn, the Pentagon’s Cyber Command and the National Security Agency are planning and coordinating cyberattacks under the Ukrainian flag at Russia’s critical information infrastructure.

В Евразийском экономическом союзе отсутствует единая транспортная политика, согласно которой государства-члены применяют унифицированное правовое регулирование в данной сфере.
Тем не менее, страны Союза проводят скоординированную и согласованную политику, основанную на документах, утверждаемых органами ЕАЭС.
📋 В первую очередь, это Основные направления транспортной политики, утвержденные ВЕЭС 26 декабря 2016 г.
В 2021 году была принята очередная «дорожная карта» по их реализации на 2021-2023 гг.
Задачами скоординированной транспортной политики в рамках ЕАЭС являются:
🔹создание общего рынка транспортных услуг;
🔹интеграция транспортных систем государств - членов в мировую транспортную систему;
🔹эффективное использование транзитного потенциала государств-членов;
🔹повышение качества транспортных услуг;
🔹обеспечение безопасности на транспорте;
🔹формирование благоприятного инвестиционного климата и др.
