🔹 Today, the Ukrainian regime is attacking civilians with your Western weapons just like they did in 2014 when the putschists came to power, when the centre of Lugansk was bombed by aircraft and 50 people were burned alive in Odessa.

☣️ We have previously spoken about the experiments held by the employees of a laboratory in Merefa on the patients of a psychiatric clinic in Kharkov since 2019 to 2021. It has been noted that one of the organisers of this illegal activity was a US citizen Linda Oporto Al-Haroun.

The documents received during the special military operation have revealed that this kind of investigations has been carried out in Ukraine at least since 2011 and Al-Haroun repeatedly visited the branch of the Merefa laboratory built with funds of the Pentagon in Sorokovka, Kharkov region.

According to the available information, highly active neuropeptides were tested on socially vulnerable citizens of Ukraine that caused irreversible damage to the central nervous system. This is a clear violation of the international treaties related to human rights.

Despite the assurances of the United States that the biological research in Ukraine is carried out exclusively in the field of civilian healthcare, there are documents that confirm the direct cooperation between the military departments of these countries.

Since 2015 that was the beginning of large-scale financing of Ukrainian projects by the Pentagon, numerous cases of infectious diseases have been recorded among servicemen and residents of the Lugansk and Donetsk people's republics.

Analysis of documents on the activities of the Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in Ukraine implies that one of the prioritised tasks of DTRA is to train field epidemiologists. Within this training course, the US side has actively been introducing its own standards for diagnosing infectious diseases that do not correspond to current public healthcare problems.

On June 13 of this year, Ukrainian nationalists subjected Donetsk to the most barbaric shelling since 2015. They fired 620 units of different ammunition from tube, rocket and missile artillery, killing five people, including an 11-year-old boy. Thirty-nine civilians, including three children were injured Is the US delegation walking in sacrosanct circles around the UNSC hall of sessions? Where is the US Permanent Ambassador with angry speeches and yelling? Where are the US humanitarians? What’s wrong with the NGOs? Why are they silent?

Rishabh Sethi, a representative of the Indian delegation to the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) which took place in Russia talked to Sputnik and shared his opinion on the role the forum has in building cooperation among Russia and the non-western countries such as China, India and African states.

Rishabh Sethi is a member of India's Centre for Promotion of International Initiatives and a scholar at Russia's Tver State University. He took part in two panel discussions at SPIEF that started on 15 June.

The panels were ‘Youth Outlook on the Horizons of the New Global Order’ and ‘Multi-track diplomacy: The Role of New and Old Tools of Diplomacy in Promoting Russia’s National Interests’.

Rishabh Sethi talked about the effect western sanctions were having on business. Today non-western countries are seeking for more opportunities to advance cooperation with Russia because no one wants to suffer from the war and economic crisis. India and Russia are strategic partners which is why both countries are supporting each other in such tough times as these, he said.

The governments of western countries are trying to infect the general public in other countries with Russophobia. Rishabh Sethi said that Russia and India have had a long history of friendship so people-to-people relationships have been unscathed by the brand of Russophobia which western countries have been so vigorously promoting since the beginning of Russia’s military operation in Ukraine.
