🇷🇺 🤝 🇮🇳 On April 11, the Russian House in New Delhi hosted the Indo-Russian Education Summit organized by Rossotrudnichestvo with the support of the Russian Embassy in India.

💬 In his address at the opening ceremony, Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov underscored the enormous potential of Russian education in India and the need to expand research cooperation, educational and academic exchanges between the two countries.

Among other speakers were Russian Deputy Education Minister Denis Gribov, Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo Pavel Shevtsov, Member Secretary of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister of India Ratan P Watal, Chancellor of Sharda University Pradeep Kumar Gupta, Vice-Chancellor of Indraprastha University Dr Mahesh Varma and other officials.

👥 Representatives of more than 50 higher educational institutions of both countries take part in the forum, whose its programme includes thematic panel sessions and round tables. It will last three days.
