India sends first batch of bananas to Russia, Rosselkhoznadzor says
🇷🇺 🇮🇳 The joint effort to gain access for Indian fruits, especially bananas, has been a multi-year process. This breakthrough signifies the growing export of Indian bananas to the Russian market, with the volume expected to increase in the future.
▪️Rosselkhoznadzor has confirmed that there are currently no restrictions on the import of fruit and vegetable products from India to Russia. Indian fruit can be freely supplied to the Russian Federation as long as it is accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate.
