🇨🇦🇫🇷🇩🇪🇮🇹🇯🇵🇬🇧🇺🇸 The summit of the so-called Group of Seven aka the #G7 ended in Hiroshima, Japan. Its main result is a set of statements saturated with questionable passages of an anti-Russia and anti-China nature.

Thus, the G7 summit has once again produced politicised decisions aimed at drawing diving lines in international relations.

The Group of Seven used to be an association whose members coordinated their positions on various issues on the global agenda. However, it has now irreversibly deteriorated, becoming an “incubator” which, under Anglo-Saxon leadership, hatches destructive initiatives and subverts global stability. The initiatives are subsequently imposed on pro-US minions made up of NATO, the EU and other satellites of Washington.

The implausibility of G7 nations’ claims to be the global guarantor of financial and economic stability became conclusively evident to everyone during the 2008-2009 crisis. The international events of the past few years indicate that G7 is unable to offer anything productive in either politics or diplomacy.

❗️ Panic over the objective process of the emergence of multipolarity and the destruction of the US-centred hegemony that used to allow the West to plunder the world, makes the Group’s members put every effort into fanning Russophobic and Sinophobic hysteria.

<...>

Against such an unattractive backdrop, the G7 countries are not shy about flirting with non-Western states so as to bring them to their side and not allow them to develop ties with Russia and China. At the same time, it is obvious that the G7 is the main factor in exacerbating global problems. It cannot reflect the interests of other centres of development, especially those of the Asia-Pacific region, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

☝️ We believe that our assessments of the G7 and its destructive actions are shared by the majority of the world community.

🇷🇺🙏🇮🇳Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov's interview with the Mint newspaper (ORIGINAL)➡️ read more

🔹Russia-India trade has touched USD 44 bn mostly due to the growing supplies of energy resources, fertilizers & other materials from Russia and so addressing the trade imbalance is a priority issue indeed.

🔹By default a Free Trade Area agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union & India will create favorable conditions for enhancing economic relations & diversifying trade & investment flows.

🔹The International North-South International Corridor is a vital connectivity project, which is time-wise twice more effective than Suez Canal for transportation of goods between India & Russia.

🔹The mutual desire to expand investments in the promising Russian & Indian energy markets is evident.

🔹On situation around gas supplies to GAIL- that would be a question to the Germans about how they seized the parent body of GMTS & redirected the supplies to themselves. A very colourful example of Western unscrupulous behavior per se.

🔹Against the backdrop of how the US goes out of its way to derail Russia-India defence ties one should be more concerned with what it would do to India-US cooperation if it wanted to pressure India. It will be a snap of a finger exercise.

🔹 Russia & India have over the decades created deep-rooted trust in each other. One cannot win such confidence overnight

🔹Russia has never bound defence partnership with political demands, & offers the fullest possible transfer of advanced technologies

🔹We highly appreciate India’s balanced approach to the Ukrainian crisis based on a holistic understanding of it. It reflects the Indian global power status and its independent foreign policy. In our take, New Delhi is already playing a very important role, including by advocating the need for a peaceful solution to be achieved at the negotiating table.

❗️Bilateral Bond Forged in Time: 🇮🇳-🇷🇺 Ties Buzzing with Momentum - Russia's India Envoy

Denis Alipov has given a glowing review of Moscow and Delhi's relations and an unprecedented surge in trade. (Mint Interview)

📍Breaking Down Trade Barriers

Denis Alipov says bilateral trade has hit $44bn - mainly due to energy, fertilizer and materials. The two nations are exploring ways to boost a multitude of industries and remove a trade imbalance.

A promising joint venture between India and the Eurasian Economic Union could be a game-changer, with the potential to be more effective than the Suez Canal route.

📍Relations Energised

Expanding investments in the Arctic Shelf could bring about yet more opportunity for vibrant trade. India's leading firms can help pave the way for strategic co-operation in production, refining and logistics.

Meantime, Russia sees the difference in ties with Europe. Germany seized Gazprom for itself and redirected supplies amid a crisis. Gazprom is now looking for more reliable partners.

Nuclear power - using Russian designs - could also be a catalyst for a powerful future.

📍High Tech Defence & Strategy - Self-Reliant Partners Working Together

The Russian diplomat called out Washington's strategy of attempting to derail Russia-India defence ties - but stressed what the two nations have is deep-rooted and robust trust, while the US attempts to impose its political will. Alipov highlighted Make in India and the joint Brahmos venture - as proof that 🇷🇺 and 🇮🇳 are unbreakable.

Vladimir Putin's speech at the plenary session of the second Eurasian Economic Forum:

"We can see truly deep and fundamental changes taking place on the global stage. More and more states are taking a course towards strengthening national sovereignty, pursuing an independent domestic and foreign policy, and adhering to their own development model. All of them are in favour of building a new, more equitable architecture of international economic relations, striving to constructively influence world processes, expand the network of partnerships based on mutual benefit, respect and consideration of each other's interests. It sounds a little trivial, or like a cliché, but it is actually happening, in practice, in reality, in real life. It is important that the majority of participants in international communication agree with these approaches,” the president stressed.
