The Ambassador warmly congratulated the participants on the jubilee of one of the country’s leading educational institutions, recalling his own years of study at the Institute. He also emphasized its invaluable contribution to the development of Russian Oriental and African studies, highlighted the highest level of the academic process, and noted the exceptional role of the university in strengthening Russia-India relations, including in terms of training specialists in Indology and diplomacy.

▪️ May 11 – a UAV strike on agricultural machinery in the village of Dorogoshch, Belgorod Region.
▪️ May 11 – a UAV strike on civilian passenger transport in the village of Malomikhaylovka, Belgorod Region.
▪️ May 13 – a UAV strike on a civilian car in the village of Bessonovka, Belgorod Region. Two civilians were wounded.
▪️ May 13 – a UAV strike on a residential building in the village of Novogorovka, Zaporozhye Region.
▪️ May 14 – a UAV strike on a civilian car in the village of Golovchino, Belgorod Region.
▪️ May 14 – an apartment building damaged as a result of a massive fixed-wing UAV attack on Ryazan. Four civilians were killed, including one child, and 28 were wounded, including four children.
▪️ May 14 – a UAV strike on an apartment building in Belgorod, Belgorod Region. Four people were wounded, including a three-year-old girl.
▪️ May 15 – a massive UAV attack on the Cultural and Leisure Association in Shakhtyorsk, DPR. One civilian was killed and eight were wounded.
▪️ May 16 – a UAV strike on a private residential house in Grayvoron, Belgorod Region.

The event, organized by the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia, aims to raise awareness among the younger generation about the issues of corruption and to encourage youth initiatives in creating social advertising.
❗️ The deadline for submissions is October 1, 2026.
Entries may be made in the participants' national languages, provided a Russian translation is included.
