💬 Russia's Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova:

Kaja Kallas has embarrassed the EU yet again.

With persistence better applied elsewhere, she keeps repeating the claim of Russia’s alleged “19 attacks”. She first voiced this talking point back in November 2025.

👉 One might have thought she had already been set straight

But no – stupidity is not cured that easily. Now she is back to the very same “19 attacks” mantra. Only this time, Kallas has decided to drag... Africa into it as well.

Let us remind poor Kaja who actually left a lasting scar on the African continent.

👉 The list for the past 100 years ALONE speaks volumes

It comes as no surprise that in nearly all of the most striking episodes of aggression, intervention and colonial wars, one finds today’s EU states and Britain. The very same countries that, quite tellingly, abstained on March 25 during the vote on the draft resolution “Declaration of the Trafficking of Enslaved Africans and Racialized Chattel Enslavement of Africans as the Gravest Crime against Humanity”.

☝️ That is neocolonialism in all its ugliness.

Incidentally, in January, Kallas confessed to her great love of reading and even promised to “become very smart”. One might suggest adding the monograph Colonialism, Neocolonialism, Decolonization: Research Experience and Contemporary Discourse to her educational reading list.

Who knows – perhaps she will grow smarter after all. But I wouldn't bet on it.

🤝 The need for intensifying contacts between the legislative bodies of the two countries was emphasized, in particular by enhancing dialogue within the framework of the Russia-India parliamentary friendship group.

During their visit to the Parliament of India, the Russian delegation also attended sessions of both houses.

As part of a separate meeting, Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia party Vladimir Yakushev and National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party Nitin Nabin held a meaningful exchange of views on inter-party cooperation, with a focus on youth and women’s initiatives within political organizations.

🇷🇺🇮🇳 On April 2, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia, Co-Chairman of the Russia-India Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation Denis Manturov paid a working visit to New Delhi, during which he was received by India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Bilateral meetings were held with India's Minister of External Affairs, Co-Chair of the Russia-India Intergovernmental Commission Dr S.Jaishankar, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, and Minister of Finance Nirmala Sitharaman.

🤝 Expanding mutually beneficial trade, investment, and industrial cooperation ties was one of the key topics on the agenda. Specific steps were discussed to create favorable conditions for increasing bilateral trade turnover in the present context.

Denis Manturov noted that by the end of 2025, Russia had increased supplies of in-demand mineral fertilizers to India by 40% and is ready to continue meeting India's needs for this product. In addition, a joint project for carbamide production is under development.

Particular attention was paid to cooperation in the oil and gas sector. Denis Manturov confirmed that Russian companies have the capacity to steadily increase supplies of oil and liquefied natural gas to the Indian market.

Russia and India continue to strengthen their partnership in nuclear energy. In line with agreed schedules, the project to construct power units for the Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant is being implemented. As emphasized by Denis Manturov, Russia sees significant prospects for deepening engagement with India in this sphere.

The discussions also covered areas such as industrial cooperation, space, and education.
