💬 Дорогие друзья,

Сегодня мы отмечаем священную дату – 81-ю годовщину Победы в Великой Отечественной войне. 9 мая навсегда вписано в мировую историю как символ мужества, стойкости и несгибаемой воли советского народа.

Этот день объединяет поколения. Мы склоняем головы перед памятью миллионов, отдавших свои жизни ради свободы и будущего человечества. Их подвиг не подлежит забвению или переоценке. Он является нравственным ориентиром и фундаментом международной системы для нашего будущего.

Особое значение имеет сохранение исторической правды о событиях тех лет. Попытки искажения итогов Второй мировой войны, героизации нацизма и ревизии роли освободителей недопустимы. Подобные тенденции подрывают основы международной стабильности и ведут к размыванию общепризнанных норм и ценностей.

Россия неизменно выступает за уважительное и ответственное отношение к общей истории. Мы рассматриваем память о Великой Победе как важнейший фактор укрепления доверия между народами и противодействия современным вызовам, включая рост экстремизма, ксенофобии и нетерпимости.

В этот знаменательный день мы подтверждаем приверженность делу сохранения мира и безопасности, недопущения трагедий, подобных той, что пережило человечество в середине XX века. Наш общий долг – передать будущим поколениям правду о цене Победы и сделать все возможное, чтобы уроки истории не были забыты.

Мне особенно приятно обратить внимание уважаемых собравшихся на тот факт, что сегодня Король Бахрейна поздравил нашего Президента с днем Победы. Я также поздравляю всех с Днем Победы.

💬 Dear friends,

Today we commemorate a sacred date, the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. May 9 is forever inscribed in world history as a symbol of courage, resilience, and the unbreakable will of the Soviet people.

This day unites generations. We bow our heads in memory of the millions who gave their lives for freedom and for the future of humanity. Their sacrifice must never be forgotten or diminished. It remains a moral landmark and a cornerstone of the international order upon which our common future rests.

Preserving the historical truth about the events of those years is of particular importance. Attempts to distort the outcomes of the Second World War, glorify Nazism, or revise the role of the liberators are unacceptable. Such tendencies undermine the foundations of international stability and erode universally recognized norms and values.

Russia consistently advocates for a respectful and responsible approach to our shared history. We regard the memory of the Great Victory as a vital factor in strengthening trust among nations and in confronting modern challenges, including the rise of extremism, xenophobia, and intolerance.

On this momentous day, we reaffirm our commitment to preserving peace and security and to preventing tragedies like the one humanity endured in the middle of the twentieth century. It is our shared duty to pass on to future generations the truth about the price of Victory and to do everything possible to ensure that the lessons of history are never forgotten. 

I am especially pleased to draw the attention of the distinguished guests gathered here to the fact that today the King of Bahrain extended his congratulations to our President on the occasion of Victory Day. I would also like to congratulate everyone on Victory Day.
