I'm sure my understanding on this is flawed... but I have found the following when digging on the 14th Amendment.
1) Congress can pass a resolution declaring that somebody has "participated in an insurrection" under the 14th Amendment, and it only requires a simple majority vote in both House & Senate.
2) "How disqualification works under the 14th Amendment has never been clear". It has never been applied to a President before. The Supreme Court may end up deciding it can't be applied to POTUS?
3) While such a resolution could be challenged and overturned in court, the 14th Amendment does not define a legal standard for what counts as insurrection... instead it grants CONGRESS the power to disqualify somebody. Some legal opinion says this gives Congress discretion in deciding it means whatever they say it means. Others (myself included) think the charge must be clear enough to stand up in court... but which court?
To say it's impossible for Congress to do this to Trump is to say you TRUST THE COURTS. The same ones that decided they didn't give a shit about 2020.

Ik zag hem gisteren het nieuwe bericht van de schulden klok en wat een prachtig bericht is dit voor de Donderdag van 20 december zeg .
Vele van ons hadden de brandende vraag gaat er nog iets op financieel gebied gebeuren en de aankondiging is dan nu ook gedaan .

Zilver,Koper, Olie, Vervoer, gas, huizen markt, en nog iets waar ik denk dat iedereen heel erg blij van gaat worden namelijk Thorium is een chemisch element; het heeft symbool Th en atoomnummer 90. Thorium is een zwak radioactief licht zilvermetaal dat olijfgrijs aantast als het wordt blootgesteld aan lucht, waardoor thoriumdioxide wordt gevormd; het is matig zacht en kneedbaar en heeft een hoog smeltpunt.
