Because NONE of the prior presidents held an Executive office, he was the FIRST Executive of the US Corporation ... most think this corporation began with the Act of 1871, but ... NOT ... it began with Lincoln, in 1861). Every President since Lincoln has been the President and CEO of the US Corporation until Trump bankrupted this Corporation.

In his first 30 days of Presidency he wrote 100 EO's, the 100th being the Lieber Code, which put the country under MARTIAL Rule, so that he could remain in charge as Commander in Chief, as it was impossible for him to be POTUS LAWFULLY, and EO #100 HAS NEVER BEEN RESCINDED, which is why we have flown the War Flag, with a gold fringe ever since.
