De supermarktgigant Jumbo heeft besloten om seksspeeltjes in hun winkels te introduceren. Niet zomaar willekeurige winkels, maar winkels die vooral door jongeren en zelfs kinderen worden bezocht! Dit is niet alleen een poging om hun productassortiment te diversifiëren, het is een minachting voor de onschuld van onze kinderen. Ze stellen hen bloot aan onderwerpen voor volwassenen, waardoor de nieuwsgierigheid mogelijk veel te vroeg wordt aangewakkerd.
Maar dat is niet alles. Door deze ¨speeltjes¨ in de schappen te plaatsen, normaliseren ze taboe-onderwerpen als masturbatie en fetisj voor beïnvloedbare jonge geesten. Dit is geen les die we onze kinderen willen leren, en nu gebeurt het in een supermarkt! En laten we niet vergeten hoe onsmakelijk het voelt om deze artikelen naast onze verse producten en dagelijkse benodigdheden te zien...
De klok tikt door. Jumbo bevindt zich momenteel in de proeffase en gebruikt deze periode om de reactie van het publiek te peilen. Als we nu niets ondernemen, kan ons stilzwijgen worden opgevat als goedkeuring. We moeten hen luid en duidelijk laten weten dat dit niet acceptabel is.
In de link vind je een brief die je naar de Jumbo kunt sturen waar je je naam onder kunt zetten. Beter nog is, bellen rechtstreeks naar de winkel.
Tip: Doe niet mee aan petities, die zijn er vooral om jouw gegevens te verzamelen.
