1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a backend developer, preferably familiar with Node.js & Ruby on rails (one of it).
2. Solid knowledge and understanding in computer science (e.g. use algorithms and data structures, OS, network, database)
3. Experienced in using Linux/Unix development environment. - Working knowledge in AWS is considered an added value (like AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, Serverless)
4. Experience using version control systems like Git
5. Experience using of Redis and CI/CD tools
6. Experience in system architecture design for highly-scalable and highly-available system.
