During our testing phase aimed at collecting 6000 KYC forms from September 6 at 14:00 pm VIETNAM time (7am UTC time) when our KYC service system was launched, we encountered some noteworthy developments.
Initially, we conservatively estimated our capacity to handle a maximum of 1000 KYC requests per day. However, to our surprise, we experienced a significant surge in KYC applications. Within just 40 minutes, our KYC reception system transitioned into emergency queue processing mode, dealing with a continuous influx of approximately 7000 KYC applications. This overload state persisted until 22:00.
Moving forward to September 7th, within the initial 47 minutes of the day, all 1000 KYC application slots were filled, leaving an additional queue of 5200 requests.
To address this unprecedented demand, we will be opening an additional 2000 KYC sessions at 7:00 a.m. UTC on September 7, bringing the total to 4000 KYC sessions after 2 days.
The sudden surge in requests impacted the processing of other requests, resulting in delayed experiences. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This Early KYC round serves the purpose of collecting samples and gaining experience to enhance our KYC system from version 1.1 to version 2.0. Our goal is to ensure reliable and uninterrupted processing of KYC requests. KYC 2.0 is a critical module under development and is expected to be deployed by the end of 2023 (please note that this is a projected date and not a commitment).

To ensure the process works efficiently and fairly, we will temporarily close the KYC 1.1 version and continue to develop the KYC 2.0 solution. This is the status that shows your K.Y.C has been verified by a tester, a process that can take up to 72 hours or longer to certify you as a real user. You will receive a notification when the verifier interacts with your K.Y.C request.

Congratulations this is your K.Y.C status completed, you and we officially become each other's global partners. You will receive a "Partner Cetificate" certificate attached to your name and an electronic certificate in the user verification section.
πΉ Status "K.Y.C Verification failed"
Don't worry, in this state you can correct information marked unsatisfactory or incorrect. You correct it and then resubmit the request and wait some more.
EPILOGUE:
K.Y.C is a mandatory process with a free mining system to ensure digital goods are produced by real people.
Unlike other forms of investment where you have to use money to buy a certain type of worthless token, when you spend money, you do not need to verify, because the money is already proven for you.

Regarding KYC, it may take longer than expected!
"Hello, miners who have submitted KYC and have queue numbers <=6000.
If your KYC has not transitioned to the process status, please do not worry. It will surely be processed."
Currently, we have completed approximately ~1400 KYC, achieving ~23.3% progress compared to the plan. However, through this announcement, we have decided to temporarily pause KYC for 3 days to fine-tune our filtering system to enhance the efficiency of the KYC process.
During the processing of KYCs, several factors have caused confusion for those undergoing verification, resulting in more extended processing times than expected.
What's been causing confusion:
πΉ One user may have multiple types of documents and proceed with KYC for more than one account.
πΉ One document may have multiple sets of numbers: ID Number, Card Number, VIN Number, leading to inconsistency. Exploiting this loophole has led to instances where one card is declared with two different numbers for two accounts.
πΉ Blurry images with diverse languages also pose challenges in user identification and verification.
πΉ Cross-verification issues among validators are slowing down due to rule discrepancies.
The decision to pause for feature enhancement:
After measuring the verification execution speed over the past 8 days, we have observed that the above issues have reduced performance by approximately 4 times compared to the expected rate. Therefore, we have decided to temporarily pause to seek solutions to strengthen performance.
We are taking a pause of around 3 days for our development team to add screening functionality and provide a simultaneous multi-check mechanism among validators.
As per our estimate, our validators will resume their duties on September 21.
We regret the inconvenience caused by this! We hope to continue receiving the support of miners awaiting the KYC process.
