SUPPORT LOGIN PROBLEM
During the RUBI server cluster threading event that took place on August 14, an unexpected nuisance occurred, whereby a series of accounts that were exploiting when redirecting the server were interrupted and losl connection, this is the first time in more than 1 year of launching the mining app that such an interruption occurred.
This is also not a rare problem, when it can happen in all other infrastructure service systems, but one surpring thing is that RUBI mining takes place continuously without interruption for a long time, Therefore, some miners have forgotten their login and password information and don't even remember which Email they registered with.
This resulted in many miners missing several mining sessions without being able to recover or do not find their accounts.
Against this backdrop, RUBI Team provides a support form, allowing the miners in trouble mentioned above to notify the project's support team through the form. From there we help miners find their accounts, log in and resume mining.

In mid-August we announced that KYC Global 5000 slots will arrive at the end of August.
We announced that this event will be delayed by 1 week. The reason is that from tomorrow 29-Aug, developers in Vietnam enter the "Vietnam National Day holiday", which lasts 5 days. We'll be back on Sep 3 and will open an update a few days later.
This delay is expected to be 7 days longer than previously scheduled on August 30.

During our testing phase aimed at collecting 6000 KYC forms from September 6 at 14:00 pm VIETNAM time (7am UTC time) when our KYC service system was launched, we encountered some noteworthy developments.
Initially, we conservatively estimated our capacity to handle a maximum of 1000 KYC requests per day. However, to our surprise, we experienced a significant surge in KYC applications. Within just 40 minutes, our KYC reception system transitioned into emergency queue processing mode, dealing with a continuous influx of approximately 7000 KYC applications. This overload state persisted until 22:00.
Moving forward to September 7th, within the initial 47 minutes of the day, all 1000 KYC application slots were filled, leaving an additional queue of 5200 requests.
To address this unprecedented demand, we will be opening an additional 2000 KYC sessions at 7:00 a.m. UTC on September 7, bringing the total to 4000 KYC sessions after 2 days.
The sudden surge in requests impacted the processing of other requests, resulting in delayed experiences. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
PLEASE NOTE:
This Early KYC round serves the purpose of collecting samples and gaining experience to enhance our KYC system from version 1.1 to version 2.0. Our goal is to ensure reliable and uninterrupted processing of KYC requests. KYC 2.0 is a critical module under development and is expected to be deployed by the end of 2023 (please note that this is a projected date and not a commitment).
