⚠️ ANNOUNCEMENT: PROCESSING SUSPENDED KYC FROM 2022, 2023

Hello! This is an announcement regarding the handling of suspended KYC processes from previous KYC 1.0 and 1.1 batches.

★ Why are there suspended KYCs?

As miners are aware, before the release of KYC 1.5, we had two limited KYC batches:

➤ KYC Vietnam 1.0 - limited to 10,000 free KYCs and ended on September 30, 2022
➤ KYC Global 1.1 - limited to 6,000 free KYCs only for miners outside Vietnam and ended on October 30, 2023

What leads to suspended KYCs?

➤ Incorrect information and miners not updating it
➤ Queue numbers exceeding the limit (For example, if KYC 1.1 has a limit of 6000, and your KYC order number is 6001)

★ Incompatibility with KYC 1.5

The recent release of KYC version has many improvements leading to data from previous KYC 1.0 and 1.1 versions not syncing successfully, resulting in conflicts with existing KYCs from versions 1.0 and 1.1.

We continue to send KYC invitations, and miners will need to update their apps with a patch to allow processing of previous KYCs.

★ How we handle the situation.

➤ Deleting old KYCs, allowing you to create a completely new one to achieve compatibility with KYC 1.5
➤ Any KYCs with error notifications will be provided with solutions and error patches (expected to be released after May 5)
➤ Users who have received KYC invitations will retain their validity and can proceed with fee payment and KYC after the patch is released.

★ What do you need to do?

➤ If you are one of the miners with suspended KYCs in versions 1.0 and 1.1, you don't need to do anything until you receive an update notification or an updated processing solution.
➤ If during this time the system sends you a KYC invitation, you also don't need to take any action, just wait for our notification.
