From about a week ago, Rubi started to hit the 600,000 miner mark, which is why you feel significantly difficult to access the application.
Access will become more and more difficult, so yesterday (March 19, 2024) the development team met about this issue and scheduled to handle this issue from today (March 20, 2024 ) focuses on the following 2 activities:
1 β’ Optimize current infrastructure resources.
2 β’ Continue to expand hardware infrastructure for the next load level (expected to 1,500,000 miners)
During short periods of time the system may be interrupted or difficult to access and we ask for patience! The upgrade is being prepared and underway, this access difficulty will soon pass in the next few days.

To make access smooth for you during a few days of congestion, we recommend a few simple steps:
πΈ β’ Make sure your internet bandwidth is good enough.
πΈ β’ Avoid peak hours in countries with a large number of miners such as Nigeria, Pakistan, India, Vietnam accordingly we recommend limiting access to the following hours: (UTC 4:00; UTC 7:00; UTC 12: 00; UTC 17; UTC 19:00; UTC 22:00)
πΈ β’ If you experience access failure, leave the application and try again after about 20 minutes.
