- Completely reworked Yuri’s Simulation with difficulties, a leaderboard, new mechanics, and expanded areas of the map. You only have to beat Normal+ to get the base NS, Classless Normal+ for Regalia.
- Antonio has arrived at the power plant, offering replayable quests for exotic arms.
- Reactor 4 has been fully reworked.
- Added the MPR-VII.
- Added a tutorial.
- Added 5 new badges, 2 being permanent character buffs.

- Reworked SIN’s arena, including an openable gate and changes to the warehouse layout.
- Added 8 new mutant variants, and an environmental mutant. There might be something else lurking around too...
- Added item selection to the vending machine.

- New lurker run animations
- New backstab animation
- Added landmine VFX
- Added a new TOC Bill voiceline for the BTR.

### Medkit rework

- Medkits retain inf use, with a 30-second self heal cooldown and a 10-second ally heal cooldown.
- Canceling treatment no longer wastes your cooldown.
- Healing now gives 20 HP upfront, followed by gradual healing. Corpsman’s kit provides stronger healing.
- Added MAX to the health display so full health is easier to distinguish from stable.
- Corpsman’s receives a VIREL-M MedTac instead of MedUnit.

### MedTac - Treatment animations are 25% faster, healing an ally reduces suppression effects by 60% for 20 seconds, allies healed at 35 HP or below receive 15% faster reloads for 15 seconds, and gives healed allies 10% faster movement for 6 seconds.

# Changes

- Vorax can now spawn in Sector 1, and up to 3 active at once.
- Increased Deceiver spawn chance from 2% to 5%. They can no longer naturally spawn in Reactor 4.
- Slightly reduced Gilbert’s reaction speed.
- UI tells you what badge you are missing for classes.
- Gilbert is now immune to backstab damage.
- Taking fall damage now slows you down and caps your stamina at 40%.
- Updated Manhattan and Tachyon’s designs.
- Updated Reactor 4 voicelines for consistency.
- You can now fast-forward Tachyon’s dialogue, and her quest progress saves between sessions (yay!)
- Improved performance across infected AI, the BTR, RIF, and several systems to help keep busy servers running smoother
- Improved mobile HUD performance.
- SIN now starts further inside the warehouse instead of near the entrance.
- Improved SIN’s pathfinding around the arena and stairs.
- Updated the Sector 3 entrance, shortcut, tunnels, and security cache area.
- Moved the security area cache closer to reduce unnecessary backtracking.
- Added basement sightline blockers to help prevent accidental exposure to the Elephant’s Foot.
- Replaced Sector 3 servers with more optimized models and optimized vending machines and numerous map props.
- Viral Enforcer now has a counterbash
