Telegram problems began at 14:45 Moscow time. Starting at 15:30, the messenger started to recover.
Most of the reported crashes came from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Belarus, Ukraine, Estonia and Uzbekistan.

Signal: New Signal groups use Google servers
Some readers have pointed out to me that Signal appears to be using the Google Data Center to create / manage new Signal groups. The domain storage.signal.org resolves to the IP addresses:
216.239.32.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21
and 216.239.38.21
These addresses belong to Google, Mountain View. The host name of these servers or the Revese lookup also listens to the name any-in-2015.1e100.net.
The question now is, why the group function is linked to Google servers. Especially for privacy-sensitive users Google is a red flag - for a good reason: The sick WWW: Stop using Google Web-Services.

Among other things, it's possible to import chats from other messaging apps now.
Other changes:
- Invite links New design.
- Muting specific users in voice chat.
- changing sound level of specific users in vc.
- Importing chats from other messaging apps.
- New animation while forwarding to saved messages.
- New report options. (Fake account/DCMA)
- New icons for - change chat wallpaper, profile photo of group.
- A tooltip at the bottom of the chat "tap on pencil icon to start a new chat"
- "Delete All" Options at several places - Groups, calls, profiles.
i.e - delete group for all, delete all calls.

- "Add members" option in newly created group chat view.
